The overall experience has be really good. Customer service is everything to me. The team of Ruuuuubsky and \[sensitive content hidden\] has made the experience a little less painful than it could have been for a fella that's not the sharpest when it comes to computers. I can truly say that the experience would not have been the same without those two. I give Ruuuuuubsky 2.5 Stars and \[sensitive content hidden\] 2.5 Stars. Togetrher that makes 5 Stars... LoL

Pros

There are a few things that stood out with Site App Pro for me. I like the QR Codes, the price for the product, most importantly, the customer service and Support. Ruuuuubsky aka Rueben was extremely knowledgable on Site App Pro. He took a ton of calls, from me and always had the awnswer. The set up working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has also been a great experience. I am not a computer guy at all.\[sensitive content hidden\] has helped tremedously. I have been able to get questions awnsered extremely quikly when it comes to the set up of Site App Pro.

Cons

I don't like that you can't add images to the main screen of the app. I wanted to add the energy wheel to the hazard assessment (HA) form. It added it, but it can only be veiwed as a singular image. Not while the guys are doing there actual hazard assessment. The other thing is not being able to have Visitors, and subs that have short stays on site can't scan the QR Code and go to our H.A.

My overall experience with Site App Pro has been very positive. The platform has helped streamline daily operations by making site management, communication, and reporting much more efficient.

Pros

Site App Pro stands out for its user-friendly interface and powerful project management features. What I liked most was how it streamlines communication between office teams and field crews, keeping everyone updated in real time. The ability to capture site photos, complete digital forms, and track tasks from a mobile device significantly improves efficiency and accountability. The reporting tools are also excellent, making it easy to generate professional documentation and maintain compliance records. Overall, Site App Pro helps reduce paperwork, improve team collaboration, and keep projects organized, saving both time and effort while increasing productivity across construction and field operations.

Cons

What I liked least about Site App Pro was that some features took time to learn, especially for new users who were not familiar with digital site management tools. While the platform is highly functional, certain workflows can feel a bit complex at first and may require additional training to use effectively.

It is almost on auto pilot. We get an alert when there is an inspection with an issue and jump on that and don't have to go through hundreds of equipment inspections, work area inspections and JSAs. We can just spot check them. Anytime an MSHA inspector wants to see inspection records we can just pull them up on the phone.

Pros

The Site App Pro team was great on helping us get all of our information into the system. There were several phone calls and Teams calls that showed us how to do what we needed. It was easy to customize to our unique needs. Site App Pro reduced our manhours for looking at daily equipment inspections, equip. inspection, work area inspections and JSA dramatically. What used to take 30 to an hour is now taking 10-20 minutes for every employee. That really adds up.

Cons

Like all new software, it took a little bit to get all the information in. Once we understood how to put stuff into the system it is easy.

From inception to rollout I found the team at Site App Pro did a great job ensuring everything went smoothly.

Pros

Access to support when needed. Superior customer support. I found the workers and field staff enjoyed using Site App Pro as it was intuitive.

Cons

I've always had good feedback from the field regarding how easy it is to use Site App Pro. The proof is in the pudding and seeing high engagement scores from the workers all the way to the top is a strong indicator of Site App Pro's effectiveness.

Overall it has been great to use. Im still learning the ins and outs so it will only get better. The information you have access to is significant to managing safety out in the field provided by the employees directly affected.

Pros

The data capture has been great by projects. It allows you to have a Birds Eye view on your employees work flow and projects and dive deeper into the information you want with the AI analytics.

Cons

Language options from the platform. Creating forms in Spanish is one thing however having the platform be in Spanish would be a game changer.

It was good from the beginning; they have always listened to our concerns and pretty much have addressed every issue we had.

Pros

We like all the features it has. How easy it is to use from the admin side. We like the new layout.

Cons

The mobile site could be improved. I would like to see it easier to select certain items from the start menu.

I have no complaints like i said before quite the team behind the product, they always reply in a timely manner.

Pros

The team behind the product have been amazing to deal with, Interface is very easy to use my crews been using it daily. I feel like its been worth every penny.

Cons

I just wish we were able to draw on the app to be able to make TCP, but not the end of the world we are able to attach photos of TCP plan

Just a fantastic group of professionals and "go getters". They actually WANT your business. In a world where customer service has taken a sharp downturn, the culture here has managed to assemble a team that still believes in working for the customer.

Pros

For my small company Site App Pro has been a cost effective Safety/asset management system that has effectively enabled me to custom build required documents and systems to suit my specific needs. The user interface is fantastic and customer support second to none! The assistance and communication is expediant and once set up, ease of use is natural and not complicated.

Cons

The single only "con" I can think of was having to start over. But this company is so forward thinking that they're able to literally transfer their competitions system data to negate any transerfer issues. Change is stressful, but the people at Site App Pro all but negated it as a "con".
