Corporate Services Manager Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Wish I'd Switched Enrolled Sooner – Support Alone Is Worth It" September 4, 2026 5.0 I manage HSE and admin across a couple of companies in BC and Alberta, so I've used a few of these platforms. Site App Pro is the one I wish I'd found first. I'm actually cancelling SiteDocs for my other company and moving everyone over to Site App Pro because it's that much easier to run day to day. My only regret is not going with them from the start, but what you don't know, you don't know. So here I am telling you: just do it. Pros The customer support, hands down. You get an actual person, fast, and they answer the question you asked. The AI support is the same way. It gives you a real, detailed answer instead of pointing you to a pre-written FAQ page, which is my biggest pet peeve with basically every other app out there. The AI form builder is great too, it's saved me a ton of time building out our forms. And they're constantly adding features and upgrading things. It never feels like a product that's just sitting there. Super user friendly, feels like it was built this decade. Cons Honestly not much. Because they're adding features so often, there's the odd time I open the app and I get distracted exploring the new features to learn. If I'm being picky, I'd love for all the upcoming features on their roadmap to already be here today (job role specific training matrix, yes please). There are small flow things I'd tweak that don't really change my opinion. The one on my wish list is being able to set specific sections of a form to auto-fill or carry over from the last one, while locking other sections so they can't. Take an FLHA for example. Copy over the crew, location, and task details so guys aren't retyping the same thing every morning, but never copy over the hazards. Those should be a blank page every single time so nobody gets complacent and just hits submit. That's it, and knowing how often they ship updates I wouldn't be surprised if it shows up. Pros Its very phone friendly and easy to use, they also are always improving and taking what the customers have to say about improvements and implementing them Cons the Machine maintenance section needs more work, we NEED to be able to set limits and warnings for oil changes and other maintenance and it doesn't work yet for that. We've expanded its use beyond health and safety and are now leveraging it for other departmental needs and data collection, which has added significant value to our organization. The customer service and support provided by Josh have been exceptional throughout the implementation process, providing some of the best service I've experienced when adopting new software. His responsiveness, knowledge, and willingness to assist have made the transition smooth and successful. Pros We've had a very positive experience with Site App Pro. The system is easy to use, improves safety documentation and compliance tracking, and has helped simplify our day-to-day safety management processes. The customer support team has also been excellent to work with Cons One area for improvement would be the consistency between the desktop and mobile versions. Certain form functions and data entry features are only available through the mobile app, which means you have to switch between platforms to complete tasks. It would be beneficial if the desktop admin dashboard offered the same functionality as the mobile app, allowing administrators to complete all form-related actions from a single interface and improving overall efficiency. It makes communication simpler and helps keep important safety and site information organized. It’s a useful tool to have for day-to-day work. Pros I like that Site App Pro keeps everything in one spot vs different safety platforms. It makes it easier to find site information, safety documents, and updates without having to chase people down or dig through emails. It’s also handy being able to access it from my phone or tablet. Cons It can take a little while to get used to all the features, especially at the beginning. A few parts of the app could be a bit easier to navigate, but it gets more straightforward once you’ve used it for a while. However, I think all safety apps are like that. I had no trouble getting answers to all of my questions and onboarding was a breeze. Even after two years using this system when new updates come out a team member reaches out to chat with us to ensure we can navigate the upgrades, it's refreshing and such a great customer experience. Pros This app has really transformed the way our safety program fits into our complany culture; it's complaince made easy. Prior to using this app I lost so much time chasing down paperwork only to find that it was not done, half done or not signed off on properly by both staff and management; inspections were often incomplete or not handed in at all; and sometimes tracking onboarding, staff reviews and training certificates felt like a part time job. Now I have everything in once place, hazard inspections are completed with ease and reminders are automated so we dont miss a thing. Then to wrap it up in a bow, all of the records are easy to find when I need them to document complaince. Cons Sometimes, the techs have multiple forms open for the same job/task becuase when they close their app they cant reopen them. But mostly, I just wish it did more, we are using it for all of our H&S complaince but I would love to integrate it into even more into our work flow platform. Review Source SC Stephanie C. I can build forms and works flows that match my program, rather than building my program around the system. Additionally, the Equipment module and QR codes has helped us get a handle on our fleet and made our mechanics lives easier. LoL Pros There are a few things that stood out with Site App Pro for me. I like the QR Codes, the price for the product, most importantly, the customer service and Support. Ruuuuubsky aka Rueben was extremely knowledgable on Site App Pro. He took a ton of calls, from me and always had the awnswer. The set up working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has also been a great experience. I am not a computer guy at all.\[sensitive content hidden\] has helped tremedously. I have been able to get questions awnsered extremely quikly when it comes to the set up of Site App Pro. Cons I don't like that you can't add images to the main screen of the app. I wanted to add the energy wheel to the hazard assessment (HA) form. It added it, but it can only be veiwed as a singular image. Not while the guys are doing there actual hazard assessment. The other thing is not being able to have Visitors, and subs that have short stays on site can't scan the QR Code and go to our H.A. We get an alert when there is an inspection with an issue and jump on that and don't have to go through hundreds of equipment inspections, work area inspections and JSAs. We can just spot check them. Anytime an MSHA inspector wants to see inspection records we can just pull them up on the phone. Pros The Site App Pro team was great on helping us get all of our information into the system. There were several phone calls and Teams calls that showed us how to do what we needed. It was easy to customize to our unique needs. Site App Pro reduced our manhours for looking at daily equipment inspections, equip. inspection, work area inspections and JSA dramatically. What used to take 30 to an hour is now taking 10-20 minutes for every employee. That really adds up. Cons Like all new software, it took a little bit to get all the information in. Pros For my small company Site App Pro has been a cost effective Safety/asset management system that has effectively enabled me to custom build required documents and systems to suit my specific needs. The user interface is fantastic and customer support second to none! The assistance and communication is expediant and once set up, ease of use is natural and not complicated. Cons The single only "con" I can think of was having to start over. But this company is so forward thinking that they're able to literally transfer their competitions system data to negate any transerfer issues. It allows you to have a Birds Eye view on your employees work flow and projects and dive deeper into the information you want with the AI analytics. Cons Language options from the platform.
