Pros
The ease to create custom snippets. I also love that you can customize the formatting.
Glad my boss recommended it many years ago and I'm glad I was able to get it for our SQL users at my company (by the way, I'm not allowed to say the size of my company - it's more than just me).
It help you to concentrate on the logic making easy to find table/column names at easy. The Snippets Manager is good and allow you to do your own snippets that is very useful.
The ease and speed is what I like most about this application. I use it, primarily, to write and format SQL codes.
Cons
Settings of SQL formatter is complicated. Preset options are missing.
The auto-complete fails to trigger in a few rare instances, similar to the built-in auto-complete in SSMS. Nothing Earth-shattering.
IT gets stuck from time to time as it needs to update the tables from time to time if there are multiple administrators working on the database.
Every damn time there's an upgrade some new problem appears.

"Powerful Productivity Extension"
Overall: A very useful tool for my activities with SQL environments.
Pros: Intelligent SQL completion and suggestion T-SQL formatting and code standardizing Code Refactoring
Cons: The only thing I miss is a feature for renaming objects (columns, tables, SPs, etc.) in bulk, as one could do with the Redgate SQL Prompt tool.
"Very useful plugin for SSMS"
Overall: I do not know what should i do without SQL Complete! really amazing and handy tools for daily work with MSSQL databases! i like it very much and can recommend to anyone who using SSMS on daily basis.
Pros: very handy tool/plugin for SSMS, very useful, using on daily basis. most of useful: * reopen all open windows * query history * F12 - find object on OExplorer * code formatter * whisperer * grid
Cons: * sometimes freez for few seconds (data viewer/obj details) * pls add ability to Ctrl+C from data viewer :) * missing data transformation (export/import) tool (similar to DTSWizard that is not very handy)

"Title for my review"
Pros: Excellent feature set. SQL formatter, good autocomplete, go-to-definition, auto-aliasing, etc.
Cons: Recent versions seem a lot clunkier and prone to bugs and crashes than versions I used from years past. More attention on the fundamentals of making the software fast and stable would be appreciated, rather than new features.

"I. T. Manager"
Overall: Works fine to our development enviroment and is good to prevent syntaxe errors during programming phase
Pros: Good interaction, quick access and works fine in newests desktops
Cons: Slow in below 6th Generation Intel, wants "dbo." to complete correctly

"Best SSMS tool"
Overall: I've been using it for about 7 years and still want to continue with the new versions.
Pros: The product contains all the necessary functions for daily work, and when I encountered a few bugs, the service team helped me very efficiently.
Cons: I have no complaints about the functionality

"A nice product that helps a lot"
Overall: it's a great prodcut that help me every day
Pros: i like the query grid result, auto complete with metadata, tab color, warning of commands without where and ddl
Cons: i miss a better way to explorer the metadata of the sql objects, like the sql prompt can do, showing with a overlay the source code of a table or procedure
"Title of my review"
Pros: I really like formatting and snippets...
Cons: What I like least is that the region doesn't keep closed and they still open when you jump somewhere. It's really annoying

"Good Product"

Pros: The intelligent code completion and snippets.
Cons: Only occasionally slows down large queries.

"It's worth it"
Overall: Good tool, I recommend it to all SQL Server developers.
Pros: It makes your life easier. Code Completion is very useful and more powerful than the SSMS native intellisense. It helps to see the table definition by hovering over the mouse over the object.
Cons: Sometimes I use system databases like tempdb and #temptables and the code completion does not work even if I go to refresh suggestions.

"Brings real "IntelliSense" to SSMS"
Overall: In my eyes, it's a great tool when working with SQL code and brings features to SSMS that Microsoft should always have had. Having it *not* installed in SSMS is like working with an arm tied to your back - but unfortunately most SSMS users don't even know it existed and are used to work with the crappy built-in feature set.
Pros: When editing SQL code withing SSMS, this is how Microsoft's IntelliSense should really be - giving you the right suggestions, doing the code completion/correction you really want. Just great! Also crucial when working with a large SQL code base: Easily jump to the definition of e.g. a view or a stored proc from just within the code where it is used.
Cons: - Frequency and UI integration of update reminders. Would be better to have some feature like MS introduced within Visual Studio where you get notifications in background. - Overall update installation process. This just stops you from working for quite a long time. Would be nice to have that done in background (as far as possible) and then just getting an info message to e.g. restart SSMS...
"SQL Complete review 1"
Overall: general it's good. the learning curve is a bit high initially but everything works as expected once everything is setup correctly.
Pros: formatting transact-sql scripts is excellent once you've the formatting right.
Cons: search function sometimes hangs for a long time. i have to shutdown and restart ssms again.
"SQL DB complete help developers "
Pros: I’ve been using dbForge SQL Complete for a while now, and it has significantly improved my productivity and efficiency when working with SQL databases. The IntelliSense-style SQL completion is incredibly smart and intuitive, making it easy to write complex queries quickly and accurately. The code snippets collection is a huge time-saver, allowing me to insert frequently used code blocks with just a few keystrokes.
Cons: When switch DB on sql management studio , auto refresh cache is delayed a bit
"SQl Complete Helps Me Daily"
Overall: I have used this for over 5 years now and have valued it as a good tool.
Pros: I enjoy using this with templates and statement completion. Syntax review.
Cons: Don't have any complaints with this at this time.
"SQL Complete is a must for Frequent SSMS users"
Overall: Overall I would recommend to anyone that is a data engineer or is constantly coding in a database editor like SSMS.
Pros: The ease to create custom snippets. I also love that you can customize the formatting. It really helps with keeping everything consistent and easy to read. I find that it takes me have the time to open existing procedures, creating new ones. Hovering over a table name and getting its fields is really useful. So is getting the description of functions and what parameters are needed. It really saves time when developing.
Cons: Little things like when you update the product if you editted an existing snippet you have to go back and re edit it. And it can be pricey if you don't use SSMS all the time.
"SQL Complete - Intellisense PLUS!"
Overall: I have been a SQL Complete user since 2012 and I have had very, very few issues with the application. It has always been part of my daily tool-kit when writing SQL. The application is constantly being improved, fixes and updates are delivered in a timely fashion and the company stands behind its product. I hope to keep using it until I retire !
Pros: The main reason I use SQL Complete is the smart auto-complete and intellisense that is the foundation of the product. I also use the SQL Formatter quite often and the Execution History function has saved me many times, countless hours of work when I needed to recall a query that I did not save.
Cons: I can honestly say that there is nothing I dislike about SQL Complete, for the reasons I use it for. It works perfectly for my work.
"SQL Complete Review"
Pros: I love the intellicode options as well as the hover capabilities as well as the script history.
Cons: For what I use, no complaints. I like having the other features, just never have enough time in the day to see how I can use them efficiently and make changes in my own habits.
"Would not be without it"
Overall: If my company didn't pay for this, I would buy a license myself. It is my second favorite piece of software I use daily (first favorite is dbForge Studio for MySql :-))
Pros: Compare tool Completion capabilities/auto formatting Ease of renaming/duplicating objects Session history
Cons: Session history doesn't always work propery
"Beats Copilot"
Overall: A pleasure to use. I do so everyday of my work. Makes my life just that little bit easier.
Pros: Just a better auto complete than anything else available!
Cons: Some of the very specific code formatting I would like to do is either not intuitive or not possible.
"Sql server not complete without SQL Complete"
Overall: I would renew every year as long as its within budget.
Pros: Snippets - i like to get information quickly from sql server and for that i create my own snippets that I can run within seconds.
Cons: Nothing specific, just its little expensive.
"Speed improvement"
Pros: Overall usage. It provides what I needed for SQL scripts development.
Cons: Because I'm running on Windows 11 ARM (Mac VM), adding SQL Complete on top of SSMS slows it down dramatically. If there is Studio for SQL Server in ARM version, then I would consider to upgrade to that.
"Huge time saver"
Overall: I depend on this software daily. It saves me the time to look for the full table names, as the autocomplete will reduce the selection list to a manageable size.
Pros: The auto-complete, auto aliasing and code snippets make my life SO much easier.
Cons: Every one in a while I need to use the menu to reload cache for autocomplete to work.
"Recommendation"
Pros: Automatic refilling columns and join of two and more tables. Very good job with subselects.
Cons: Settings of SQL formatter is complicated. Preset options are missing.
"Great tool if your employer pays for it"
Overall: Great tool overall, certainly improves my productivity in SSMS.
Pros: It makes writing SQL queries a breeze, keeps a full history of past executed queries, helps organize databases in SSMS.
Cons: Certain query syntax isn't supported directly in the intellisense enhancements, the price makes it difficult to get into personally but is well worth it in an enterprise.
"Good, but missing Azure Synapse"
Overall: General Database and query development
Pros: 99% of the time, it is very good. It does what I need with most databases and formats code well.
Cons: Need Azure Synapse Serverless integration.Formatting can be funny unless zoomed at odd levels (this has been identified by Devart as a bug, but not fixed yet)
