I design logos for brands, customize my photos and design amazing art with this program with ease. Pros What I like the most about IbisPaint is that it is much easier to use compared to other programs in my opinion. This is the program I started learning graphic design with and I still use it as a first choice a majority of the time. Cons The only con I can even really think of is that other programs may have more features. With that being said, most of the said features aren't usually useful. It's very simple and straightforward, easy to navigate, I enjoy how there's things like contests to, even though I haven't participated in any of them, I still find them cool. Pros I like how it is a simple app that allows me to create things that i like! There is plenty of brushes to use and its easy to edit images! Cons I don't like how almost all of the brushes have to be paid for or have to watch an ad just to get a few hours of use. Anybody can upload their artwork. > The best of the best feature is it gives a time-lapse video of your artwork automatically. No screen recording is needed!!! > One can get the brushes just by scanning the QR codes from their website. February 23, 2023 4.0 Overall my experience with ibis paint was very good because it adds variety and detailing to my art because of so many tools and fonts and brushes available but i feel the option to edit directly on double tapping the file needs to be made available. Pros The things that i liked the most would include the stabilization in the hand wobbling option. Also there are vast variety of textures of brushes available for detailing that i liked. In addition the symmetry tool is also very helpful in creating very effective and appealing illustrations. Cons The things that i did not like are firstly no option to add my favourite brushes and font at one particular favourite section or bar. Before I found it, it didn't know you could create professional quality art using an android tablet. Turns out, you actually can. Pros My favorite part of the program is its UI. It's very simple and most features are 1 or 2 taps away from the user. The app has a lot of functionality built-in, and it's truly amazing how they still manage to keep their UI simple and intuitive. I struggle with ADHD and often get lost in all the features and menus of similar apps. And here everything is easily accessible, so I'm not falling out of my hyperfocus state, when I'm working. The UI takes some getting used to, but once you have, you'll never fall out of your zone.Second, one of the coolest features is how the app can generate a timelapse of your painting after you've finished it, no matter how long ago it happened. You don't have to worry about setting up a screen capture or camera, or something else, which is pretty distracting for someone with ADHD. With IbisPaint you can just relax and start drawing right away. The brushes are awesome! In the full paid version of the app you've got access to dozens of them, and all of them are highly customisable, so you can create your own options based on what you need. Amazing autosave. You never have to worry about any progress lost. Never happened to me despite multiple crushes.Reference window is super awesome. It's easily tramsformable and can be moved to whatever part of the screen you want it to be.Really great filters and SFX options. This is my No 1 app for color correction these days. The speed at which I'm able to process multiple pictures is amazing. Cons I would like to have a separate sensitivity curve for certain brushes, like in CSP.Sometimes the app crushes.With lots of layers, HD files tend to get laggy, but it doesn't happen too often. July 4, 2022 5.0 Pros The wide spectrum of brushes provided. The ease of saving your artwork, layers or not into several different kinds of formats. They also have integrated the .PSD file format for the ability to resume work in Photoshop if necessary. The importing process is simple and not too clunky to find that One file you wanted to alter, whether it might be a resizing/changing the definition, or re coloring/shading, transforming your, or someone else's artwork/document, is fairly simple, even for beginners. The menus and options for alterations are deeeeeep! The brushes are probably the most customizable thing in the app, redoing a brush from scratch IS possible! But this app integrated online user submissions for brushes, as well as library upon library of FREE downloadable content variations (mainly for stylistic brush mods) the anime stuff is a nice addition to the fray of mundane apps out there that all do pretty much the same thing, just in here it's free! Cons I sometimes don't like the ads that are constantly being shown on screen. The paid version doesn't have them, so I am finally having a better time with the app with no filler, and distraction to break my focus from my artwork. A lot of different material patterns that could benecial in texturing. Cons There are a lot of ads on ibisPaint which is disturbing on my work.
