Typebot es una herramienta que me ha sido de gran utilidad en mis estrategias de marketing , sobre todo cuando he realizado campañas de leads magnets, me a resultado de forma excelente. Es imcreible como las conversaciones que puedes programar con este chatbot pueden ayudarte a incrementar la convercion de leads.

Pros

Una de las funciones que mas me gusta de typebot es que permite que la conversacion que se crea con el usuaria pueda tomar diferentes variantes segun las respuestas o deciciones que tome el usuario, creando asi varios puntos de inflexion coherentes que me permiten obtener mas informacion del mismo.

Cons

Hasta ahora creo que el unico aspecto donde he encontrado un punto negativo en typebot tiene que ver con las conexiones entre los bloques de la conversacion, ya que estos deben realizarce de forma manual y no es algo muy intuitivo de hacer en un principio.

Durante dos años, mi experiencia con Typebot ha sido un verdadero motor de eficiencia en la comunicación con clientes y candidatos. Su facilidad de uso y versatilidad en la personalización de conversaciones han sido fundamentales para nuestro negocio. En resumen, Typebot es una herramienta esencial y altamente valiosa.

Pros

Muy buena ,después de registrarte puedes poner en marcha tu chatbot utilizando las plantillas disponibles. A lo largo de mi experiencia, he probado diversas herramientas para crear chatbots, pero ninguna ha sido tan intuitiva, accesible y efectiva como Typebot. Además, su versión gratuita ofrece una gran cantidad de funcionalidades

Cons

Una de las áreas que encontré menos satisfactorias en la aplicación fue la falta de una guía más detallada para entender cómo funciona

El uso de esta herramienta estádisparando la conversión de clientes. A pesar de las quejas recibidas por algún usuario sobre lo molesto que puede llegar a ser, nos ha dado más cosas positivas que negativas

Su gran diseño que tiene grafico. Además debido a que es una herramienta muy visual nos permite realizar una gran cantidad de tareas

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que para realizar tareas sencillas, la herramienta es muy accesible pero para realizar ciertas funciones necesitas dedicar tiempo a la aplicación, y eso es un problema dificil de solventar

Pros

Typebot tiene una interfaz de usuario intuitiva que es fácil de navegar. La plataforma es muy fácil de usar tanto para los creadores de encuestas como para los encuestados.

Cons

Tiene algunas limitaciones de personalización, como que los usuarios no puedan cambiar el formato de la encuesta, lo que significa que no puedan agregar campos personalizados a la encuesta.

Como herramienta ayuda mucho a la recopilación de datos, algo que siempre gusta cuando se trata de conseguirlos para el marketing.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado es que sus respuestas siguen una buena lógica. Que tenga plantillas también ayuda mucho al inicio.

Al principio me ha costado entenderlo, pero en poco tiempo se le puede coger el truco del manejo.

Mi experiencia en general con esta herramienta es muy buena, además se adecua a mis necesidades y es muy económica. La interfaz de usuario me hace el trabajo mucho más fácil.

Pros

Me parece un software muy fácil de usar, la versión totalmente gratis que creo que es muy buena y además es una opción que nos saca de muchos apuros a la hora de trabajar. Lo que más me gusta es que tiene muchas funciones por lo que se puede usar para muchas cosas.

Cons

Lo único que no me gusta es que no está en castellano, entonces a veces me cuesta entender algunas cosas, si estuviese en ambos idiomas, sería más fácil.

Mi experiencia con Typebot es buena en general. El flujo de chat que mas utilizo y he integrado a al perfección es el contacto con candidatos que desean acceder a la empresa. Con Typebot recogo los datos necesarios como el email y teléfono de contacto.

Pros

En estas nuevas generaciones, integrar un chat como Typebot puede sacarnos de muchos apuros y optimizar los tiempos de trabajo para recoger datos de empleados, candidatos a empleados, etc.Typebot es una herramienta que permite configurar flujos de chat según deseemos. La integración es modo gráfico y bastante visual, pero para ciertas funciones necesitaras dedicar tiempo a la aplicación o encontrar guías. Permite hacer muchas cosas como editar los estilos con CSS, conectar el chat con Wordpress y otros gestores de contenido, APIs, Shopify...

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado de la aplicación ha sido echar en falta alguna guía más detallada de el funcionamiento. En mi caso algunas funciones las he tenido que desarrollar con línea de comandos.

There's lots to love about Typebot. The mark of excellent software is how it continues to evolve and get better over time. The \[sensitive content hidden\] has a proven track record of shipping new features and it shows in Typebot.

Pros

The \[sensitive content hidden\] has an eye for design, delightful chatbot experiences, and it shines in Typebot. This is going to sound weird, but Typebot just feels right from both the builder and user points of view. Clean, crisp, and smooth. The other thing I love about Typebot is that you can connect to virtually any software with an API connection, which can help create unique chatbot experiences.

Cons

It's possible to share chatbots by importing files into your account and it would be nice to have community built templates integrated in the software to make this even better. This is currently on the roadmap.
