Pros

The visuals on our website are a big hit, so much good feedback from users and other vendors that utilize our website.

Cons

Integration with our ERP system was a bit troublesome, a good part of it could be all the custom work that has been done to it, Either way, EvoX made sure to always keep us on the loop and made things work!

Really great team to work with and seems to be a great "customer centric" culture right the way through the business

Pros

It is exceptionally reliable and the team consistently deliver on their promises and commitments. The functionality all our B2B requirements and the pipeline for development is always full of innovation and improvements

Cons

Hard to find many faults in the dealing with the team - its not a magic bullet to success but if you put in the time and resource on your end then the team and Evolution will match that commitment and deliver over and beyond

Evolution X for us is the total solution we have been looking for and answers all of our ecommerce questions.

Pros

As a total ecommerce package Evolution X is quite simply the winner amongst many other options. The platform has been created by people from the business supplies industry and this shows through the attention to detail within each section. There are too many excellent functions to describe but the killer benefits

Cons

Due to the amount of great features and new developments that frequently are launched it is a little difficult to keep up to date and take full advantage of all of them.

EvoX is the best e-commerce solution in the Office Products industry by a considerable distance. The product does the basics properly and robustly (which, amazingly, for some products isn't the case), whilst still continuing to develop innovative features. It's ability to connect with a slew of third-party applications enables you to run a simplified, integrated workflow, meaning no duplication of work.

Pros

Third-party App integration. Integration with existing ERP. Extensive B2B admin options. Integrated framework for targeting marketing opportunities. Constant development and innovation. Tie-in with Fusion Data.

Cons

I honestly don't have a bad word to say about it.

Very positive, the support from the team is superb. You do need to put in effort to achieve what you want from the software, however the team will be there every step of the way to get you there and grow your business online.

Pros

Ease and speed of us for administration and maintenance. Customer friendly front end with lots of 'out the box' features to improve the customer journey and increase sales.

Cons

Data reporting could be better, however we can utilize Google Analytics to support our needs in this area.

EvolutionX is not just an off the shelf Ecommerce package. The team really take time to understand your requirements and guide you through setup and administration. Customer service is at the heart of this business!

Pros

Turning our websites into webstores was the best part of selecting EvolutionX Giving us the flexibility to manage the sites inhouse gave us back the freedom to be able to connect to other service providers. Connections into clients ERPs and an open API portal as moves us to the next level

Cons

We're now moving so fast with our online presence, our current ERP providers are struggling to keep up with the pace of our requests.

Evolution X have given us a number of one-stop solutions for our e-commerce requirements. Through their platform, we are able to serve small one man band customers online through to large, bluechip customers using EDI and system integration. In order to do this without Evolution, we would need both more manpower and a number of software houses to help provide a suite of solutions - none of which would be kept under one remit, a benefit we have with Evolution X.

Pros

The system benefits from being both incredibly user-friendly yet feature rich in functionality. We have a number of company requirements ranging from B2B, B2C, punchout and system integration - Evolution X handles all of these with a pinch of salt. Away from the system, the team behind Evolution X are as helpful as you could wish. High recommended!

Cons

There are few things we dislike about the Evolution platform - our only potential requirement would be better communication of new features by way of a monthly newsletter perhaps.
