Veterinary Surgeon Veterinary Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Exceptionally accurate and user friendly prescribing and stock management system" August 18, 2022 5.0 To date, veterinary prescriptions are prepared and securely stored in Turboinventory's cloud based storage which is reliable and a huge relief for the business. Stock is recorded and stock movements are monitored in a very easily searched format. I can rely on Turboinventory to support my business in complying with both current animal remedies regulations and forthcoming changes. Customer support has provided help and reassurance at all times. Turboinventory has reduced the time taken to manage stock, invoicing and prescription management and has added real value to my business. Pros Preparation of veterinary prescriptions whilst concurrently managing stock and invoicing accurately and simply is the key factor in my selection of this system. Customer support is exceptional and the system is almost bespoke for my business due to the willingness of Turboinventory to add features which I require. With a seamless link up to Big Red Cloud, I now have a complete and very user friendly stock control, prescription and accountancy system. Cons The system is constantly being updated. II am extremely satisfied with the product and it's progress. However we have had a very pleasant experience so far. Pros What I most like about this software is that it can be tailored to your business and everything can be customised to match your requirements. Cons What I least liked was that there is no 'x' in the top right hand corner to close each screen. You either press the save button at the bottom or use the back arrow. Very efficient and practical Cons Designing a unique to your company system takes time but when complete we will have exactly what we are envisioning. Manager Retail Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "A breath of fresh air for our retail" August 11, 2022 5.0 Turbo Inventory has been like a breath of fresh air, we were overdue our EPOS update and the many new features have made our work easier for both the shop tills and the back office users. Pros The simplicity of the till(epos) structure and it's back office support has made the transition to the new software very simple. The improvements are vast and the staff and therefore the customers are reaping the benefits. Cons As an internet based software package it has taken us a little time to adjust to not being in a separate software package as before... but that's nothing a little bit of practice didn't fix. Reason for choosing Turbo Inventory We had no real choice with our need for VAT exempt sales but it was a great choice for the many other features we gained.\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] really helped the decision making process as he fully understood our requirements, both immediate and future, and showed us how Turbo Inventory could work for us in every field. The customer service that you receive while getting this system set up is what makes it so great. Nothing is too much of a problem for them to help you with. Pros Its simple and easy to use and set up. However, it is the customer support that makes this product stand out from the other options available.
