The company does not seem to care about support, which means I cannot recommend it. I do think if they try to fix some of the UI/UX issues, it could be a strong competitor. Unfortunately, based on what we have experienced, I don't have much hope. Pros It works on Linux and in our business we need something cross-platform. Bluemail was one of the few options. It supports multi accounts, including Office 365 for Business Cons Support never returns any requests for support. Does not conform to your desktop environment. Poor ability to change font size and has no ability to zoom to be able to see. The compose window is stuck within the app and is not free floating, meaning while you are composing you cannot look at other emails for information. Mailspring is not supported and has constant disconnect issues for email accounts, nor does it have any calendaring functionality. Reasons for choosing BlueMail They were outdated and did not offer the support we needed. Granted that was before we realized that Bluemail doesn't really support their product either. Pros I have found the Android version of the application to be very good and very usable, I implemented on Windows as well, as a test and chose not to retain it due largely to performance issues and local versus cloud database management. Cons There are aspects pertaining to where you find access to the setup and configuration of features that are not as intuitive as they could be. Reasons for choosing BlueMail I looked at a number of platforms, but it has been a while and I don't recall which and not enough about them for the information to be meaningful. Cons I did not like sending emails from the app because the sent email jammed in the outbox and was not sent most of the time. Moreover, I did not have a copy of the email on my primary Gmail, and I could not open the email in Bluemail; therefore, I had to write the email from scratch. If it wants to use some other port (like 148, as mine does) then you're hosed. The IMAP settings have a box for you to enter the port, but the only number that's accepted is 993. This wasn't always the case, but since the latest update, Bluemail has become unusable. The support team is very good about answering emails but not very good about actually fixing the problem.
