Selldone is a feature-rich, comprehensive and well-thought-out product that surprises on every click. Seriously. It’s incredibly rare to think “I wonder if this does….”, consider adding it as feature on their roadmap, to find that is already exists. So the burning question - how does it compare? I’m not even going to mention other online store platforms because the reality is, Selldone is unique. If you think of all the things you want from an eCommerce solution and multiply the features by 10, you still won’t be close to exploring everything this system can do. Really. Couple-in a highly responsive, passionate group of founders who listen to every request (and usually implement changes within HOURS) and this really should be the beginning of a fantastic journey for this business OS. They are physical, virtual, file, service, POS(!), avocado & hyper, giving you the ability to offer just about any kind of product including bookings and appointment. - Detailed incentive system (discounts, coupons, offers, gift cards and even LOTTERIES!) - Marketing - manage campaigns, affiliates, emails and funnels. - The logistics system for managing warehouses, inventories & shipping. - For Marketplace settings, managing vendors and fulfilment is incredibly well-developed. - POS - yes, a cash register and inventory manager all built in! The major issue I was facing with WooCommerce was complex checkout and the payment options. Now, I don't need to worry much about anything. Pros No need to waste time managing the website technology and an e-commerce system Cons The only issue/improvement I'd like to see is the ability to list a product for $Zero value and have the buyer go through the process of registering and then 'buying' which is not possible. At the time of writing this review, any product listing has to have a minimum value of 0.01 and though we accept there is a workaround, it is not ideal for SHEDyt's prospective customers. In fact recently I made a feature request to the team. I created a short video explaining what I was trying to accomplish and they had the featuer up and running in less than 24 hours. The request was made on a Friday and was (sell)done by Saturday morning (extra points for being the weekend). The team is also pushing consistent updates to make the platform as best as possible for everyone. Pros Selldone is a great product giving its user all critical information at a glance on your dashboard. The platform is very robust that can accommodate a variety of ecommerce platforms. The system allows you to create communities to help build your brand, blogs, marketing campaigns, incentives and so much more from your back office. Selldone saves you time and money by not worrying about a bunch of third-party software updates or buying additional plugins to get your business running like you want it to. Cons I wish there was a few more training videos. As mentioned there are a lot of features and can look intimidating when first starting, but I promise once you get through it every setting is easy to understand. A more detailed video may help just to take away that initial shock. All I have to do is add products on Printful, and they beautifully show up on the Selldone site, complete with multiple options and color selections. To me, it’s on par with platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify, making Selldone a true game changer. Pros The main feature I like about this ecommerce platform is the ease with which drop shipping and sites like printful can be implemented, allowing me to quickly start selling products. It is also one of the fastest ecommerce sites I have used. Additionally, I am able to visually customize and edit it to match or even exceed the level of my competition. Cons Initially, I didn’t like how complicated everything was because I’m really not tech-savvy. But after a few attempts and some help from the support team, I was able to simplify the options. The site’s configuration allowed me to easily navigate, update, add new products, and much more with ease. I am beyond pleased and have no complaints.
