Pros Integration with address book is very effective Cons Poor upload speeds which never improved even with support intervention. Bug (?) that doesn't recognize if I have logged in on one machine already; rather than asking for sign-in on 2nd machine, it gives an error until you tediously log out and back in again. Does what it says it does. Pros I liked the idea that I could add it to my web page easily and that I could customise it. I could set up custom form fields for users to enter data before they uploaded their files. This was a critical requirement for us and it was one that Filemail did very well. Filemail can also be set up to download files as they arrive without the user having to initiate the download. As a result, by the time the download is required, it is already on our server.
