Pros

Integration with MS office and role base access and PDF editor. Full search text support and powerful work flow.

Cons

Need more modernization look and feel. Cloud base document support will be more helpful as per current industry flow.

Overall, our experience has been positive. It has helped us stay organized and compliant while improving internal workflows.

Pros

Docsvault has made it much easier for us to scan, store, and centralize operational and compliance records related to shipping and recycling activities. The search functionality is fast and accurate, which saves time when retrieving contracts, shipment documents, and regulatory paperwork. The setup process was quick and straightforward.

Cons

For very small teams, the system can feel slightly feature-rich at first, but once configured, it becomes easy to manage and use.

Overall, my experience with Docsvault has been solid. It does the core job well. It keeps documents organized, searchable, and secure. That matters more than flashy extras. Day to day work feels more controlled and less chaotic. Setup and interface issues slow things down sometimes, which gets old fast. Still, the system is reliable, and it saves time once everything is in place. I trust it with important files, which is the point.

Pros

I like how Docsvault keeps all my files organized in one place. I find documents fast with its strong search function. It tracks versions so I never lose changes. It secures files with clear permission controls. It automates routine filing and saves me time. It works reliably every day.

Cons

I least like how Docsvault feels slow at times when opening large folders. Mobile experience feels a little clunky at times.

Pros

Document management and file sharing, this helps us to digitize our processes. Automate workflow is very helpful.

Cons

PDF digital signature has some limitations. This need to be more dynamic currently, we can do the signature at fixed corner only.

The representatives were very helpful, patient and reliable. the most difficulty was getting the other users to cooperate and do what was necessary.

Pros

Its similarity to our existing paper base system. It provides a pictorial view of our existing system, thus making it easier to understand.

Cons

Trying to develop the necessary workflows was a tedious exercise, but once you understood the relevance of the process, it gave some satisfaction when completed.

Pros

Its folder organisation like the folder structure, indexing and tagging. It really helps its searching capability to quickly locate documents needed by our users. Moreover, it is secure and accessible with access control and file sharing well implemented.

Cons

Form creation and workflow automation are functional but could be more flexible and modern compared to newer cloud-based platforms.

Excellent product. Very comprehensive in applying relevant aspects of document management. Integration with office products to avoid having to print - scan - import a amazing. I recent fell in love with the DocsVault PDF converter which was able to take 256,000 page document and handle it easily when even Microsoft Print to PDF was crashing after hours

Pros

Integrations with external existing data is absolutely priceless. Most solutions - including popular form-builders do not allow this integration which dampens the experience. Populating data to aid in the accuracy of meta data is something we cannot live without

Cons

DocsVault Web requires Windows on IIS. IIS which is scarcely supported, slow and clunky even when configured correctly offers a poor web development experience

Our experience as an SMB has been great. We can now search through our records much more easily and cost effectivly vs going to the old file cabinets and manually searching and hoping things were filed appropriately.

Pros

Docsvault helped us go from 100% Paper to 50% Paperless in just a years time. The Docsvault document management system is smart, intuitive, and for users not accustom to change the adoption went very smoothly.

Cons

Communication, Support, Service, and the platform has tools capable of eliminating other tools like Adobe, Nitro, and other PDF reader and Editors all in the Docsvault platform making it somewhat of a swiss army knife product.
