Head of Client Services Information Technology and Services ### "Confusing system with poorly articulated benefits" 2.0 Overall Rating 2.0 2.0 Ease of Use 3.0 3.0 Features 2.0 2.0 Customer Service 0.0 0.0 Likelihood to Recommend 1/10 February 13, 2024 Pros The portal is relatively easy to navigate around, but had conflicting benefits £ info on the summary dashboard vs what is within the dedicated page about each benefit, making it really difficult to keep track of what you're spending on your benefits. Cons The service our business received has been really quite poor. They were late to deliver the portal, meaning our launch was delayed by a few weeks. They then miscommunicated various things about some of the benefits, particularly the Thanks Ben Flex Wallet. It was made out that by having a flex fund on your Thanks Ben card, you would get tax relief on the money that you spend via that card, upto a fixed amount each month. However, it later transpired that there is no tax relief, so there is no benefit whatsoever to using the flex wallet vs just having that money go into your salary and spending the money as normal.
