Cons The service our business received has been really quite poor. They were late to deliver the portal, meaning our launch was delayed by a few weeks. They then miscommunicated various things about some of the benefits, particularly the Thanks Ben Flex Wallet. It was made out that by having a flex fund on your Thanks Ben card, you would get tax relief on the money that you spend via that card, upto a fixed amount each month. However, it later transpired that there is no tax relief, so there is no benefit whatsoever to using the flex wallet vs just having that money go into your salary and spending the money as normal.
