Property Manager Real Estate Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Amazing Time Saver!" November 6, 2023 5.0 My experience with Blue Moon has been amazing. The product is so simple to use and offers forms for almost anything. Great product and very well put together Pros Blue moon has everything legally worded, updated & entered so all you have to worry about is entering the resident information and their specific unit information. They keep up with the updated laws and adjust the leases according so, I have time to focus on the property. Cons I least like that they have changes certain things such as the Parking paragraph. Assistant Manager Real Estate Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Powerful Lease Management Software Integration" March 4, 2024 5.0 Pros Documents that are available and able to be generated through the NAA Click and Release/Blue Moon Software program are very thorough and legally sound to local/state statutes. Furthermore, the regulations found within the leasing documents are not only very fair and protective for the landlord, but also very cognizant and aware of tenant rights and liberties. Integration with Entrata and their PM software is very seamless and it is easy to access any documents that may be needed. E-sign capabilities are also incredibly convenient, especially when residents can remain in Entrata's proprietary Resident Portal software to sign everything. Cons In my opinion, there is very little to not like about the NAA Click and Release software. While the integration of e-signing is incredibly useful, the ability to edit the areas that signatures are applied (in actual signature lines vs. the bottom of each page), as well as adding customization in signature applications (like in Adobe e-sign) would be great. Leases have never been easier!! I love that I only have to edit the needed information when I create leases. March 25, 2022 5.0 Blue Moon Software has been a trusted form of creating leases for many years. While it creates the leases and includes the main verbiage, you are able to edit and include special provisions that are specific to not only each property but they're also edited by state as specifics vary. I like being able to integrate it with Appfolio to allow e-leases to be created and e-signed. Pros Blue Moon Software is reliable in providing legally binding leases and addenda that support our company policies by state. It's very user friendly. Love the e-signature feature too. It is a great system and can be integrated with your property software making it easier to access leasing and violations. Pros I love how simple it is. It is easy to maneuver to find any forms or documents that you are needing. Cons If for any reason you get timed out it will not save your place. You will have to start over again.
