Cons Trucaller is great at pulling data from many sources but Trucaller isn't able to always provide owner data on reverse lookups. Pros I got rid of the problem of not Knowing the unknown numbers that were not registered on my phone helped me a lot in identifying the caller and eliminating the ghost of annoying numbers before answering the call. Cons If Truecaller had synced with my call history, I could have set it to automatically highlight the crucial information about unfamiliar callers.
