Pros: I like ClientSpace the most for simplified tracking of sales pipeline. It is so simple to see where each deal is in the underwriting process, escalate pricing changes, and view the various reports that show where we are able to save the client money compared to their current costs.

Cons: The software has some inconsistencies that have cost time in the underwriting process. The submission of Tasks occurs at the time the save feature is activated; however, the submission of an escalation requires save, then submit (or the escalation sits in a pending status). I learned this the hard way, and while it didn't cost a deal, it did cost a day.

Pros: I like most about Client Space ability to be accessed by multiple users through multiple devices. Also, the flexibility to customize data within the client file to be viewed only by specified departments.

Cons: It would be better if some data entry could be completed by multiple users. For instance, the ability for the Professional Employer Consultant to complete an appointment set by an Inside Sales Representatives.

Overall: Client Space software combines multiple sets of review processes into one streamlined format. The ease of use, intuitive platform, and access by multiple users from multiple devices (simultaneously) make this a powerful tool for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO).

Greatly enjoy working with the Netwise team.

Pros: Ease of use assists greatly when training new employees to use the system. Everyone catches on very quickly.

Cons: The development of new functionalities takes a little longer than I would like. The business intelligence reporting system is a bit difficult to use.

Overall: All client data easily located in one CRM.

Pros: Flexible and easy to use.

Overall: ClientSpace is a great tool for the PEO industry, it has the base information and flexibility that is necessary for us to become more efficient via technology. They are also always willing to update and take new recommendations into consideration and constantly look for ways to make the system even better for the users.

Pros: Ease of use, easy to train new users, look and feel

Cons: Development of new functionality can take a couple / few months to implement.

Overall: I have been using Client Space now for 5 years and have found it very easy to learn and navigate through. I love the look and feel of Client Space Next and the ease of use.

Comments: Best decision we made on a software service! We had a long wish list of features that needed to solve process workflow. ClientSpace has met the numerous "checkbox" items that our management team wanted for a CRM solution.

Their team understands our industry (HR Outsourcing) and guided us through implementation with best practice ideas. What sets NetWise apart from other CRM software is their employees. Their passion and expertise create a partnership with their clients.

Pros: Nothing. I'm being required to write more than a single word so I've added this sentence.

Cons: 1 It keeps losing my password. The password reset is cumbersome and you only get 3 attempts before being locked out for 15 mins. I have had to reset every time I have used it, and been locked out almost every time too.

2 emails telling me that there's a message on clientspace don't say what the message is. So I urgently check a message (half hour minimum to do that) then discover its trivial.

3 if Yiu need to find a particular email, since you don't receive titles unlike normal email, you have to check every message to find the one you are looking for.

4 it's simply an overly cumbersome system that will annoy your clients to the point that you will lose some.

Overall: A nightmare. I have insisted that my accountant sends me emails only from now on.

While on this, does your accountant and lawyer send all messages to you as attachments instead of putting it in the body of the emails. Why are the 'professions' so damned awkward and out of date - putting extra efort into converting email into snail post and trying to keep us in the 1980's??

Comments: Overall experience is very positive. Support has been great, quick turnaround and patient with my learning of the app. I need to work with NetWise to learn how to be more proactive about knowing when server procs may be needed. To not have multiple follow up phases to account for a server proc in a future release. Looking forward to the widget flexibility on the workspace landing page. Would also like to be able to update Search pages and save the search view. Like enabling the ability to search by client number on the workspace search view. And possibly add additional columns.

Comments: ClientSpace is a great tool! It is simple for our staff to use and allows for better communication and tracking of client related items. We can serve our customers better by having a tool such as ClientSpace to streamline contacts and client related tasks and cases. We know in a snapshot what is going on with a client. ClientSpace is integrated with our HRIS system making things even more seamless by reducing duplicate data entry. We couldn't be happier with this product and what is has done for our organization!

Overall: Paying for the product but it is far from functional yet even after about a year. Loss run reports, First Report of Injury, Historical data, Uploading Losses, and even the OSHA Logs pulling correctly have been an issue. The original plan was to have it running including the Sales by April of last year. With just the issues above we haven't even been able to use the Worker Comp totally yet.

Recommendations to other buyers: Haven't had a full working product to be able to judge
