I was particularly impressed, though, by the seriousness with which their support team took a minor issue that I recently reported - the first that I’ve ever had in several years of use – and the speed and competence with which they resolved it. As the manager of a support organization, I strive to ensure that the team under me provides the sort of through, efficient, rapid support the MAPILab team demonstrated here. It’s an absolute pleasure to see a software company that takes its commitment to supporting its users seriously, these days. Pros It’s flexibility and, in particular, the support provided by the professionals who stand behind it.
