Online UI only worked about 50% of the time and had to have many support requested due to glitches which took up an unnecessary amount of time. Pros Initially served the purpose with a lot of glitches but completely let down by poor ethics and customer service. Cons I tried out their Basic Plan software and signed up for an annual subscription. In November 2024 I used their website to cancel the service but did not take a screenshot (as I should have done for proof). On the day of renewal we found out about the renewal only by my account being billed. Every other subscription especially (annual ones) give you a heads up before they actually debit however Flexclip informed me of nothing! Only communication received was after the debit was performed. I requested a refund on the day of renewal and they refused based on their updated policy. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!
