I had an overall great experience with CommCare. I have used it as a way of contact tracing for COVID-19 and it was efficient in data collecting.

Pros

This software is user-friendly and has an organized network interface. It allows for uninterrupted workflow and fast reporting for tracking data. It also is able to accurately monitor employee activity which makes it easier to know the hours each employee has worked.

Cons

The software has slow connection at times and requires patience to use. However, there are no specific features that I dislike about it. CommCare has extremely good customer service that is able to help its users through any difficulties.
