So call insurance, pack bags, return pants, don’t get lost in work lists. Pros It’s based on a simple idea—to-do lists. I just add daily items and there is a small dopamine spike when you clear off your tasks for the day. I also like how you can go back and see all your tasks completed days or months ago. Cons Nothing comes to mind. It’s a simple idea but really useful and executed really well using a great interface and minimal design. It became a little to simpe for me. Pros The simplicity of the operation and the way you can get a weekly overview. Cons It felt a little stiff, without too much ability to tweak to your liking. First, the web client and app make it usable everywhere so you no longer need multiple apps, paper notebooks and lists in multiple places that make to do lists chaotic and cause us to worry about forgetting something or actually forget something! Importantly, the features are easy to use and save time. TeuxDeux rolls your unfinished items to the next day so you don't have to keep re-writing and re-shuffling your to do lists saving so much time and energy! Cons I prefer the feature in the mobile app to move an item to another day than the way this requires drag and drop in the web client. Also has iOS app, that automatically synchronises from/to desktop/app. Cons There is no integrations with other apps, but it's the only con, I can think of. TeuxDeux has the tools and features I didn't even realize I needed, but it's been a seamless transition. I also love that daily tasks will roll over to the next day. You can set up lists for Someday and separate rolling lists like groceries and books to read. Cons So far it's been great and easy to start using. It's probably not the best tool for complex project management, but that's not what it's designed for. It is exactly what it says it is...a to do list. No more, no less. It is easy to set up, including repetitive tasks. For me, it was great to keep track of the little household things I often space out on...and my grocery list, a list of books to read, and other things of the same sort. It isn't meant for in-depth project management or anything like that but if you are looking for a to do list that saves trees, this is pretty great...although I feel that it should offer a little something more for the monthly/annual fee. Pros I really like the clean lines and easy to read user interface of TeuxDeux. Cons There are no integrations to speak of and it doesn't do much more for productivity then a standard To Do List. Te permite gestionar tareas dia a dia de una forma muy simple y sencilla. Al ver varios días de la semana, poder arrastrar tareas entre los días y cuando no haces una tarea salta al siguiente día, me parece ideal. Además también tiene app para el móvil. Cons Echo en falta sincronización con el calendario y poder tener sincronizados eventos aparte de tareas. Now I have a crisp, clean to-do list that organize my daily task. Cons Really nothing! They even made some updates to it that made it even better.
