### "401K do-it-yourself solution"

Easy, low fees, made it easy to get started.

Pros

Easy to navigate for a do-it-yourself solution

Cons

I made a small submission mistake and there was no easy way to fix it. The mistake amounted to ~$30 extra deposited into an employee's 401K. In order to fix it, it was something like $200 to have them correct.

I have never called and not gotten a negative response! In this world of no customer service, Ubiquity is the best!

Pros

Ease of use as an employer and employee. Timely responses to questions.

Cons

The only thing is I had my account information coming to my personal email and once I became a sponsor, I had to change my personal account to my work email.

Generally, unfavorable. I would not recommend it to other Advisors, not would I consider moving other plans there.

Pros

the product is very inexpensive- much less expensive than its competitors.

Cons

You get what you pay for. Very poor reporting.

I am happy with Ubiquity. In the beginning of my relationship with them it was difficult to reach a support \[person. That is much improved now and they are patient and extremely helpful.

Pros

The support staff is usually readily available and helpful

Cons

Dealing with forms on the computer. Dashboard is confusing to me.

Subpar, nothing spectacular. Gets the job done. The only thing that was memorable was customer service! Best I had in a long while.

Can only get a statement once a year. This madw it hard to transfer funds.

Very poor as they do not respond to emails or support cases that are logged through their CSRs via telephone. No one has a telephone number/extension or email address - it is one number and one email address. Very poor business model.

Pros

If they were able to provide the service to support their customers for what they do then it would be a pro.

Pros

Easy set up, easy to add new users, and the reporting to my email is a great added bonus. Great that it integrates with our HRIS, Rippling.

Cons

It would be great to see the list of employees alphabetically or even better if I could sort based on my needs.
