Pros Easy to navigate for a do-it-yourself solution Cons I made a small submission mistake and there was no easy way to fix it. The mistake amounted to ~$30 extra deposited into an employee's 401K. In this world of no customer service, Ubiquity is the best! Pros Ease of use as an employer and employee. Timely responses to questions. In the beginning of my relationship with them it was difficult to reach a support \[person. That is much improved now and they are patient and extremely helpful. Great that it integrates with our HRIS, Rippling. Cons It would be great to see the list of employees alphabetically or even better if I could sort based on my needs.
