We switched to another company. Pros Because it was inexpensive, we chose Domain as our website builder and hosting email addresses. The informational video on their main page was helpful to get a general overview of the company and the software options. We are not experienced with IT, so it was important and helpful to understand the process. It was easy to understand the pricing tiers and what amenities came with each tier. The "compare" option when trying to decide which of their products to choose was helpful. Cons There were glitches in setting up the email addresses and being able to log into the website builder. Glitches as in being redirected to non-working sites, delays in downloading data/caches, etc. Also, customer service was extremely difficult to get ahold of and work with. There were long delays in responses when reaching out, and difficulty with language barriers. Alternatives considered [Google Workspace](https://www.capterra.com/p/247901/Google-Workspace/) [GoDaddy Website Builder](https://www.capterra.com/p/182500/GoDaddy-Website-Builder/) Reasons for choosing Domain.com Website Builder Domain was less expensive, and as a newly formed non-profit, we were looking to save money. In the end, we wasted the money because we weren't able to get our site or emails working for a long period of time. We switched to another Website Builder because these issues were not getting resolved.
