Pros Lyft is a very great business I love the punctuality the fast pick ups the great customer service and the way drivers make you feel safe and comfortable during your ride home or to work etc. Cons The least I like about lyft is the time limit when you go into a store you will be charged an extra fee after five minutes I think the timing should last a little longer. I usually preplan and set a time in advance for my pick ups, or use the wait 15 minutes and save option. (I never have to wait 15 minutes it usually comes quicker and it's wonderful) Pros The reason I use lyft, is because it's less expensive then Uber. Cons The only complaint I have is that some drivers do not maintain the cleanliness of their cars. It would be nice if the drivers had a policy for keeping their car at clean standard.
