Such a time saver Cons Sometimes I forget that I am in my business profile so it sends personal rides to business. It might help to ask if this is a business trip if you are in a business profile. Pros Lyft is a very great business I love the punctuality the fast pick ups the great customer service and the way drivers make you feel safe and comfortable during your ride home or to work etc. Cons The least I like about lyft is the time limit when you go into a store you will be charged an extra fee after five minutes I think the timing should last a little longer. I usually preplan and set a time in advance for my pick ups, or use the wait 15 minutes and save option. (I never have to wait 15 minutes it usually comes quicker and it's wonderful) Pros The reason I use lyft, is because it's less expensive then Uber. Cons The only complaint I have is that some drivers do not maintain the cleanliness of their cars. It would be nice if the drivers had a policy for keeping their car at clean standard. Pros I use Lyft as a passenger. I find it very easy to use and convenient. Switching between personal use and business use as easy as the toggle of a button and depending on whether my ride is personal or business a different credit card is charged. For business rides, the receipts can be collected very easily. I also like that I can call a Lyft for another rider (for instance a client) from my account.
