Dice is still one of the best job sites for talent acquisition and technology recruitment, even though profile accuracy and candidate responsiveness might be improved. Pros The platform provides exceptional value for money with access to a big pool of qualified candidates and strong recruitment tools. The user interface is clear and easy to post jobs, search profiles and manage applications. Customer service is responsive and issues are resolved quickly. The candidate tracking capabilities help to streamline the hiring process, while detailed prospect profiles make evaluation easier and The job portal always brings in relevant applicants, which helps us to reduce time to hire and to improve our recruitment efficiency. Cons Sometimes it gives you the result but that’s not much accurate. Like when i search for the candidate and select last active 30 days it gives the result having candidate who was last active 60 days too.
