Pros

It gives you many filters to ease you search and get the accurate candidates according to requirements and also it give you ample of filters to apply when searching for any requirements.

Cons

Sometimes it gives you the result but that’s not much accurate. Like when i search for the candidate and select last active 30 days it gives the result having candidate who was last active 60 days too.

It was mostly giving the candidates having C2C tax term, even after selecting W2. It also doesn’t hand much filters to apply to short the candidates, sometimes there’s no email no number to call.

Dice is very useful to get the correct candidates. It is very easy to get right and suitable results.Compared to other portals Dice is more useful and trustworthy.

Overall Dice has been of great use in my recruitment career. Helped me in sourcing resumes from Niche skills to general skills. The data is always up to data on DICE.

Pros

DIce has been one of the most releiable Job boards when it comes to resume sourcing. It has wide reach in the market and its user friendly interface makes it even more easy to learn and implement.

Cons

So far havent came up with any dislikes for this job board. It is fast and reliable but hits hard on organizations pockets.

If you are looking for a new candidate management tool, keep looking. There are better options which are more cost effective out there. Get more for your money elsewhere.

The familiarity in brand name, DICE has been around for a long time.

Easy to use and operate.Dice has the largest pool of candidates in the IT Domain.Best portal with fresh and experienced talent in the US.One of the best time-saving and efficient interfaces.

Cons

Often times you get a blank resume.The integrated version does not give apt results as compared to direct use.The minimal pool of Non-IT background candidates

The overall experience using this software has been nice. I am pleased with how this works and the user interface is simple yet packed with features which makes it one of the best software for recruiting. It is a recruiter’s best buddy.

Pros

This software provides a lots of features with AI and can search resumes with job descriptions which is really helpful. It has a lot of features while being simple and user friendly.

Cons

I my opinion, it would be better if we had a filter for United States clearance. Although we can add clearance in the search string but would be much better if is a filter.
