Pros

It gives you many filters to ease you search and get the accurate candidates according to requirements and also it give you ample of filters to apply when searching for any requirements.

Cons

Sometimes it gives you the result but that’s not much accurate. Like when i search for the candidate and select last active 30 days it gives the result having candidate who was last active 60 days too.

It was mostly giving the candidates having C2C tax term, even after selecting W2. It also doesn’t hand much filters to apply to short the candidates, sometimes there’s no email no number to call.

On the whole, it has been a great experience with Dice. It is a useful resource for finding tech experts with a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. The candidate database, recruitment tools, and search feature all aid in expediting the hiring process and cutting down on sourcing time. For both specialized and high-volume technical positions, I have been able to establish connections with competent applicants. Dice is still one of the best job sites for talent acquisition and technology recruitment, even though profile accuracy and candidate responsiveness might be improved.

Pros

The platform provides exceptional value for money with access to a big pool of qualified candidates and strong recruitment tools. The user interface is clear and easy to post jobs, search profiles and manage applications. Customer service is responsive and issues are resolved quickly. The candidate tracking capabilities help to streamline the hiring process, while detailed prospect profiles make evaluation easier and The job portal always brings in relevant applicants, which helps us to reduce time to hire and to improve our recruitment efficiency.

Cons

While Dice provides a robust talent pool with a strong focus on technology, there is always room for development in terms of maintaining profile accuracy and eliminating duplicate or out-of-date candidate data. Recruiters might find qualified applicants more quickly and increase hiring efficiency with improved AI-driven matching and more regular profile validation.

Pros

Its best for searching core IT resumes. There are option available for both Boolean and by skill search.

Cons

Its bit expensive as compared to other portals available in the market.

Pros

It is one of the effective search engines for sourcing candidates based on their job profile and skills. It has a good database with updated profiles for almost every kind of opening. Apart from that, the UI and dashboard are much attractive and appealing. Also, this tool can be integrated with other third-party applications for better performance. We can track the activities of candidates throughout the portal from their profiles. We can communicate with them and monitor their whole interview process until the onbaording.

Cons

According to me, there are no missing features actually it has the best features but at a high price which is out of reach for small enterprises. Also, there is a need for more filters during the searching of the candidates as they are not able to complete the sourcing process with those filters only. The algorithm for the search box can be improved to provide more relevant results.

Pros

Lots of candidates in their database. Aside from doing the typical Boolean search, you can use their "IntelliSearch" feature, and it's a great feature. You either post the entire job description, or a candidate's resume.

Cons

Although Dice have a lot of candidates in their database, one thing I find annoying is there's not much option to find out the freshness of their resumes. While sifting through candidate profiles, one example is you'll see how long they were active. But when you click on the profile, you'll find out that their resume was updated couple of years ago, thereby wasting my viewing credit.

Dice is so far the best tool i have used. As i have been using Monster, Career Builder, Indeed, Zip Recruiter as well. but my first choice is Dice.

Pros

I can easily find candidates for my jobs and my searches returns with best results. There are so many filters that i can apply and get suitable results. I dont have to call each and every candidate to know their background. also the skill table gives my a glance of their experties.

Cons

Duplicate profiles. third party Vendors uploads a single profile multiple times.

Cons

The integration points w. our HRIS/Talent solutions are faulty at times. Additionally, it's not the best at capturing/isolating particular demographics, like attempting to only have Visa Holders w. SQL experience.

Cons

The primary difficulty I've had with this tool is that it responds badly if we run it across multiple tabs.

Pros

This software provides a lots of features with AI and can search resumes with job descriptions which is really helpful. It has a lot of features while being simple and user friendly.

Cons

I my opinion, it would be better if we had a filter for United States clearance. Although we can add clearance in the search string but would be much better if is a filter.

Pros

DIce has been one of the most releiable Job boards when it comes to resume sourcing. It has wide reach in the market and its user friendly interface makes it even more easy to learn and implement.

Cons

So far havent came up with any dislikes for this job board. It is fast and reliable but hits hard on organizations pockets.

No other job boards can replace Dice.

Pros

You can find all levels of candidates here, be it Manager/Director/Associate/Junior/Fresher. It has filters for Visas, Location, Notice period, Job Title, Exp. level etc. You can also sortby the profiles based on the relevance, latest, etc. Dice Job Board is also one of the best features it has.

Cons

The major cons of Dice I think is its expensiveness, but its features will suffice the price.
