Pros As webcast producer, Intrado Studio is my first tool to help my clients to reach their goals. Its reliable, strong, and very well designed to allow almost any user to manage a great presentation. Connectivity through the browser or even a phone call can be used to have your presenters in the event. Cons Sometimes I experienced connectivity issues with my presenters, and audio cuts off. The system should have preference for audio information first than video. The service is average, but the account management should be enough to make you run for the hills. There has been a lot of bait-and-switch. The company changed names 3 times in our two-year contract I assume to try and escape from a horrible reputation. When we provided the required 90-day cancellation notice, at the end of the 90 days we were told we had to provide a 90-day "termination" notice, thus our contract had already been renewed. Worst vendor I've worked with. Pros I used Intrado (previously West LLC) press release wire distribution for a two year contract. It was a bare-bones program just to get releases out digitally. Cons Absolutely atrocious account management. Our rep changed several times so we never knew who to talk to, especially when bogus invoices would come through. Switched from [Cision](https://www.capterra.com/p/129611/Cision/) We'd used Cision for SOV tracking and was very happy with their account management.
