Pros

Ease of use and tech support is great. Always available.

Cons

Everything is great. Any issues can be addressed right away by SIMS staff.

Reasons for choosing SIMS

SIMS is cost effective for us. No need for expensive cloud-based or client server solutions. Using the local system concept, we have better control over our security. If cloud-based, the software would have been hacked by now. We can't take that chance.

Overall, Awesome Experience. Great, reliable product.

Pros

It is Rock Solid Reliable. I am the sole IT person at this site. I have never been called in due to a SIMS III software-related issue. I have worked with SIMS for 11 years and counting.

Cons

My Only Wish is that the server software was a service rather than the need to log in and start the sims application. We have had a couple of extended power outages that temporarily shut down the server. This did require me to come in to start the application. This would be better if the server could become operational without administrator/user intervention.

Pros

Extremely user friendly and functions are easy to use. I appreciate the detailed reports I'm able to pull for my customers.

Cons

Not being able to copy an entire contact list into another account all at once. Instead of copying 1 person at a time, it would be useful to be able to copy the entire contact list all at once as I have multiple accounts that have the exact same contact list. Not being able to email certain signals to a customer ie Late to Open
