I really like Teamflext because it provides a one-page summary report on a single screen. For every meeting, it allows recording of discussion points, tracking open action items, and setting up recurring follow-ups. The best part is that Goals, Meetings, Surveys, and Feedback are all integrated on one page, making it very convenient and efficient. Currently, I am using it for my goal reviews and meeting MOMs, and I plan to explore and use other features in the future. However, there is scope to improve the screen view functionality — the current report view has limited zoom options, which makes it slightly difficult to share or discuss details during meetings. Enhancing this with an enlarged or adjustable screen view would further improve the user experience.

Pros

I really like Teamflext because it provides a one-page summary report on a single screen. I’ve found Teamflect to be a highly effective tool for planning and conducting employee meetings. The platform allows for structured, collaborative discussions where both managers and employees can view the agenda in real time and contribute their own comments or reflections. I especially appreciate the customizable layout, which enables me to tailor each meeting to reflect the individual employee’s goals, performance, and development needs. This personalized approach enhances engagement, ensures clarity, and supports meaningful, goal-oriented conversations.

A well-defined and organized structure that promotes consistency, supports collaboration, and ensures that everyone is working toward shared goals.

Cons

I’ve found the task feature to be somewhat confusing and less intuitive compared to other areas of the platform. Specifically, when adding a goal, there doesn’t appear to be a clear option to define measurable progress—such as documenting where the employee currently stands and the specific target they should be working toward. Having the ability to track progress from the starting point to the desired outcome would make the goal-setting process more effective and meaningful, while also supporting clearer performance reviews and accountability.

Overall, this is a great tool and I love how it already is part of Teams so my team and other folks I mentor are already listed for me to choose from.

Pros

The ability to capture all of my meetings and notes and have it shared with the individual without having to email it to them. Also, the ability to capture and track goals.

Cons

I wish there was a way to transfer a topic to another meeting if you were not able to get to that topic in the current meeting. I see that you can select a topic to be added to all of the meeting series but that is not the same as just moving it one time.

Teamflect is helping me stay on task. I like that I can see everything I've done - it makes me feel like I've achieved something! But I can hide the done so I can focus on what I still have left to do. It's a good way to get me back on task or move me on to the next task once I complete a big project.

Pros

Teamflect can be pinned on your Outlook Ap and your Teams, making it easy to access and keep up with tasks. It's great for taking meeting notes and assigning tasks right away.

Cons

I'd like to be able to make a tasks that will stay off my task list until a future date. For example, if I need to order for an event, I want it on my tasks so I don't forget but I don't need it clogging up my list 3 weeks in advance. I'd like to be able to schedule it to appear at a certain time.

As an HR Specialist, I really appreciate how Teamflect brings multiple HR practices into one centralized platform. The ability to integrate it seamlessly with Microsoft Teams is a major plus—it allows for smoother workflows and eliminates the need to switch between different tools.

Cons
