They have thought about everything. Full integration to Teams. The web app is also very clean and simple to use. Excellent documentation of the features accessible through chat Cons Reporting. Leaving much to be desired. The out of box reports are not useful at all and there is not much customization available. Exporting of data is also limited to the provided out of box dashboard. Atleast if all the information (doesn't have to be the text) is available to export, we can import into our reporting tool of choice. We are hoping, will include these features in upcoming releases. I like that I can see everything I've done - it makes me feel like I've achieved something! But I can hide the done so I can focus on what I still have left to do. It's a good way to get me back on task or move me on to the next task once I complete a big project. Pros can be pinned on your Outlook Ap and your Teams, making it easy to access and keep up with tasks. It's great for taking meeting notes and assigning tasks right away. Cons I'd like to be able to make a tasks that will stay off my task list until a future date. For example, if I need to order for an event, I want it on my tasks so I don't forget but I don't need it clogging up my list 3 weeks in advance. Cons I wish there was a way to transfer a topic to another meeting if you were not able to get to that topic in the current meeting. I see that you can select a topic to be added to all of the meeting series but that is not the same as just moving it one time. Pros Running a company is not an easy task and since we started using , we have bene able to streamline our work in a manner that reaching towards our overarching goals. Each aspect of Teamflect has promoted more transparency, personal responsibility, and understanding of various factors that impact employee performance and satisfaction. Being in the mental health field satisfaction, positive/supportive culture, goal tracking, and continued personal growth are major components of managing an effective team. Teamflect has allowed me to do this with more simplicity and transparency in one uniformed location through Microsoft Teams! Cons There are minor quirks within that continue to be worked out by the administrative team. They're incredibly responsive and allow for interactive changes that have helped align my company. Once goals are "past due" it is harder to find them again to get a full picture of the employees work and there could be a better structure to this.
