Cons I’ve found the task feature to be somewhat confusing and less intuitive compared to other areas of the platform. Specifically, when adding a goal, there doesn’t appear to be a clear option to define measurable progress—such as documenting where the employee currently stands and the specific target they should be working toward. For every meeting, it allows recording of discussion points, tracking open action items, and setting up recurring follow-ups. The best part is that Goals, Meetings, Surveys, and Feedback are all integrated on one page, making it very convenient and efficient. Currently, I am using it for my goal reviews and meeting MOMs, and I plan to explore and use other features in the future. I like that I can see everything I've done - it makes me feel like I've achieved something! But I can hide the done so I can focus on what I still have left to do. It's a good way to get me back on task or move me on to the next task once I complete a big project. Pros Teamflect can be pinned on your Outlook Ap and your Teams, making it easy to access and keep up with tasks. It's great for taking meeting notes and assigning tasks right away. Cons I'd like to be able to make a tasks that will stay off my task list until a future date. For example, if I need to order for an event, I want it on my tasks so I don't forget but I don't need it clogging up my list 3 weeks in advance. Cons I wish there was a way to transfer a topic to another meeting if you were not able to get to that topic in the current meeting. I see that you can select a topic to be added to all of the meeting series but that is not the same as just moving it one time. APP flow is intuitive, help options are great, the customization has me sold. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] loved it as well. It a wonderful product overall, for employee reviews and engagement. Pros The performance review, goal tracking, and customization around structure and questions. The team's integration is the cherry on top. Cons Only thing I think it can improve on is the customization of company logos, brand colors etc. In the future, it would also be great to include a compensation review in the platform! We probably have to do this separately outside the platform, but it be great for employees to see their raises for the year as well. but this is more like a product development suggestion. Pros I liked that it was able to capture monitoring of tasks and targets of the team. It also allowed feedbacking and providing space for one-on-one sessions. It is a deliberate app that does not only care about targets but about each individual team performer. Cons There are still some things that can be improved like navigating subgoals and tasks. TeamFlect gives accurate unbiased appraisal of staff performance, maps gaps and training needs, receives feedback from all persons within the links (supervisor and the supervised). I think at first it was hard to set up my goals but once I had them established, teamflect makes it very easy to streamline reviewing, staying on track and completing quarterly goals for the work place. Pros I liked the internal review process and how Teamflect offers achievement markers to meet your goals as well as prompts to help reflect on your quarter at work. Cons I think there should be an area where you can freeform write to yourself with all of the prompts and ai assistance without trying to make a goal or give feedback - this was the feature I utilized the most. The help center on the company website made it very easy to understand the system. Most of our employees figured things out in 30 minutes or less. We're still working through all the features. Pros The value. We have just under 25 team members so we can use the free version. Most similar programs go to paid at just 5 people. For small companies the per user fee can get expensive. Using software for goal setting for a company and employees is about getting buy in from everyone. Being able to use the free version while we go through that helps since it will take time. As it becomes more ingrained we'll be more likely to be willing to pay for the product when we reach 25 employees. I appreciate that. Cons If you log into teams on your phone and click more to go to Teamflect the add-on does not work. It prompts you to log in but just loops back to the login screen.
