They have thought about everything. Full integration to Teams. The web app is also very clean and simple to use. Excellent documentation of the features accessible through chat Cons Reporting. Leaving much to be desired. The out of box reports are not useful at all and there is not much customization available. Exporting of data is also limited to the provided out of box dashboard. Atleast if all the information (doesn't have to be the text) is available to export, we can import into our reporting tool of choice. We are hoping, Teamflect will include these features in upcoming releases. I like that I can see everything I've done - it makes me feel like I've achieved something! But I can hide the done so I can focus on what I still have left to do. It's a good way to get me back on task or move me on to the next task once I complete a big project. Pros Teamflect can be pinned on your Outlook Ap and your Teams, making it easy to access and keep up with tasks. It's great for taking meeting notes and assigning tasks right away. Cons I'd like to be able to make a tasks that will stay off my task list until a future date. For example, if I need to order for an event, I want it on my tasks so I don't forget but I don't need it clogging up my list 3 weeks in advance. Pros I liked that it was able to capture monitoring of tasks and targets of the team. It also allowed feedbacking and providing space for one-on-one sessions. It is a deliberate app that does not only care about targets but about each individual team performer. Cons There are still some things that can be improved like navigating subgoals and tasks. TeamFlect gives accurate unbiased appraisal of staff performance, maps gaps and training needs, receives feedback from all persons within the links (supervisor and the supervised).
