I like that I can see everything I've done - it makes me feel like I've achieved something! But I can hide the done so I can focus on what I still have left to do. It's a good way to get me back on task or move me on to the next task once I complete a big project. Pros Teamflect can be pinned on your Outlook Ap and your Teams, making it easy to access and keep up with tasks. It's great for taking meeting notes and assigning tasks right away. Cons I'd like to be able to make a tasks that will stay off my task list until a future date. For example, if I need to order for an event, I want it on my tasks so I don't forget but I don't need it clogging up my list 3 weeks in advance. Pros The ability to capture all of my meetings and notes and have it shared with the individual without having to email it to them. Also, the ability to capture and track goals. Cons I wish there was a way to transfer a topic to another meeting if you were not able to get to that topic in the current meeting. I see that you can select a topic to be added to all of the meeting series but that is not the same as just moving it one time. Leaving much to be desired. The out of box reports are not useful at all and there is not much customization available. Exporting of data is also limited to the provided out of box dashboard. " November 30, 2023 5.0 Easy to use, UI is great and clean and easy on the eyes. APP flow is intuitive, help options are great, the customization has me sold. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] loved it as well. It a wonderful product overall, for employee reviews and engagement. Pros The performance review, goal tracking, and customization around structure and questions. The team's integration is the cherry on top. Cons Only thing I think it can improve on is the customization of company logos, brand colors etc. In the future, it would also be great to include a compensation review in the platform! We probably have to do this separately outside the platform, but it be great for employees to see their raises for the year as well. but this is more like a product development suggestion.
