The sales person and the customer success person were both prompt, knowledgable and supportive. They helped us overcome the barriers we had to sign up. The tool itself has been very useful. In our specific case, our main need was for Goals/OKRs - but we ended up using it for surveys, 1-1's, tasks AND Goals/OKRs. Pros It is inside Teams and makes life as a manager so much easier. Everything is within the one app now! Cons It's a new product and bugs show up from time to time. But thats OK - their support team are fantastic. I also appreciate the ability to indicate dotted line and direct line manager/supervisors so that those staff can have documented interactions with both. For companies that use excel to measure productivity, the ability to connect goals to excel is amazing. The One:One meeting layout is very helpful with Talking Points, Shared and Private Notes, Task and more. Cons We are just dipping our toes into testing before we add additional staff, so I feel ill-equipped to comment on "Cons". The only awkwardness I see so far is in goal development for goals that are hard to quantify but deserve more attention than Completed/Not Completed.
