I think at first it was hard to set up my goals but once I had them established, teamflect makes it very easy to streamline reviewing, staying on track and completing quarterly goals for the work place. Pros I liked the internal review process and how Teamflect offers achievement markers to meet your goals as well as prompts to help reflect on your quarter at work. Cons I think there should be an area where you can freeform write to yourself with all of the prompts and ai assistance without trying to make a goal or give feedback - this was the feature I utilized the most. Pros Easy to use and fully integrated with Microsoft environment. The follow-ups for meetings and the ease of conducting reviews are excellent. Cons So far, there are a few minor issues, but nothing significant. They do not impact usability. Since it is under constant development, I'm sure the issues will be addressed. It allows for what would otherwise be many chaotically independent moving parts to become a cohesive focus. Cons A few things are so close but miss the mark. Biggest example is not being able to tie in meetings/talking points/talking point notes into goals and/or tasks. " November 30, 2021 4.0 As I continue to work with people within the teamfelct community, I have found nothing but support and understanding. This is a key reason that I continue to use Teamflect. Like I said, this should be rebranded to teamflex! Pros Running a company is not an easy task and since we started using Teamflect, we have bene able to streamline our work in a manner that reaching towards our overarching goals. Each aspect of Teamflect has promoted more transparency, personal responsibility, and understanding of various factors that impact employee performance and satisfaction. Being in the mental health field satisfaction, positive/supportive culture, goal tracking, and continued personal growth are major components of managing an effective team. Teamflect has allowed me to do this with more simplicity and transparency in one uniformed location through Microsoft Teams! Cons There are minor quirks within Teamflect that continue to be worked out by the administrative team. They're incredibly responsive and allow for interactive changes that have helped align my company. Once goals are "past due" it is harder to find them again to get a full picture of the employees work and there could be a better structure to this. The application itself tends to restart sometimes when using it during a "video call" while adding or updating a task/goal, which I imagine they will continue to improve. Review Source SJ Shamah J. APP flow is intuitive, help options are great, the customization has me sold. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] loved it as well. It a wonderful product overall, for employee reviews and engagement. Pros The performance review, goal tracking, and customization around structure and questions. The team's integration is the cherry on top. Cons Only thing I think it can improve on is the customization of company logos, brand colors etc. In the future, it would also be great to include a compensation review in the platform! We probably have to do this separately outside the platform, but it be great for employees to see their raises for the year as well. but this is more like a product development suggestion. Alternatives considered [Culture Amp](https://www.capterra.com/p/154170/Employee-Effectiveness/)[Leapsome](https://www.capterra.com/p/169660/Leapsome/) Reason for choosing Teamflect Culture while great and the platform is intuitive, is not affordable for a small start-up business like us with under 50 employees. Leapsome, was lacking on some things as well, their package was too ridged and strict We want to improve our DEI goals, and give employees a great experience with employee reviews and teamflect does just that and more. Even if affordability wasn't an issue, I truly appreciate teams pricing and and structural model. My hope is as the company grows, we grow with teamflect as well.
