This is unavoidable with new software so its not particular to Teamflect - the dashboard is very intuitive and they are super responsive in terms of training and help. " November 30, 2021 4.0 As I continue to work with people within the teamfelct community, I have found nothing but support and understanding. This is a key reason that I continue to use Teamflect. Like I said, this should be rebranded to teamflex! Pros Running a company is not an easy task and since we started using Teamflect, we have bene able to streamline our work in a manner that reaching towards our overarching goals. Each aspect of Teamflect has promoted more transparency, personal responsibility, and understanding of various factors that impact employee performance and satisfaction. Being in the mental health field satisfaction, positive/supportive culture, goal tracking, and continued personal growth are major components of managing an effective team. Teamflect has allowed me to do this with more simplicity and transparency in one uniformed location through Microsoft Teams! Cons There are minor quirks within Teamflect that continue to be worked out by the administrative team. They're incredibly responsive and allow for interactive changes that have helped align my company. Once goals are "past due" it is harder to find them again to get a full picture of the employees work and there could be a better structure to this. The application itself tends to restart sometimes when using it during a "video call" while adding or updating a task/goal, which I imagine they will continue to improve. Review Source SJ Shamah J. APP flow is intuitive, help options are great, the customization has me sold. Our \[sensitive content hidden\] loved it as well. It a wonderful product overall, for employee reviews and engagement. Pros The performance review, goal tracking, and customization around structure and questions. The team's integration is the cherry on top. Cons Only thing I think it can improve on is the customization of company logos, brand colors etc. In the future, it would also be great to include a compensation review in the platform! We probably have to do this separately outside the platform, but it be great for employees to see their raises for the year as well. but this is more like a product development suggestion. Leapsome, was lacking on some things as well, their package was too ridged and strict We want to improve our DEI goals, and give employees a great experience with employee reviews and teamflect does just that and more. Even if affordability wasn't an issue, I truly appreciate teams pricing and and structural model. My hope is as the company grows, we grow with teamflect as well. Review Source Marty E. The easiest part has been training employees to use it. Since it is very simple to use, all I have to show is each feature and what it can do and then let them run with it. It does not have a strict process that you have to follow. Each of our departments can use it how they want to use it. That makes it so we don't have to force anyone to follow specific steps (which can backfire if people don't want to work that way). Just like individual employees, everyone is different. You can use the same management style for everyone. This is where Teamflect shines. You can use Goals for one employee and maybe tasks for another employee. Either way, you still get the information you need for the employee and the business. Pros Integration with Teams. We are using Teams constantly throughout the day. Having the ability to stay inside our eco system when using Teamflect makes it easier for supervisors and direct reports to keep employee happiness at the front of their mind. With most of out company having to remotely work starting in 2020, the ability to have a Teams video call and be able to use Teamflect directly inside the call is a game changer. Simple. The ability to customize templates throughout the system makes it easier to make it more of a program that we don't have to fit into, but something that can be fit to our way of working. Support it the final benefit. The people that run Teamflect and the quick response to any issue has been amazing. Great people work at Teamflect. Cons They have done a good job of packing so many things into a product, but doing that sometimes you run out of space to get everything viewable. The 1-on-1 screen has a TON of information on it and it is awesome, but it must sacrifice area where you may want more screen real estate for certain areas. It is a tough balance to show information crapped up or to click a button to see that information on a bigger area. This is not bad though. Still very usable. We have had more complex or bulky performance and goal setting products and so our team was dreading a new one. Everyone has been able to easily adapt to Teamflect and we look forward to this being a fluid and organic part of our work flow. Pros I am most excited about the talking points and meeting notes space for our team meetings and one-on-ones. This takes the agenda building and formality pressure out of prepping for meetings. I am also very excited to have our performance and goal setting data in one succinct place that that the entire org can norm around. Cons So far there is nothing that I do not like about Teamflect. Reason for choosing Teamflect Teamflect had a customizable option for us to create a 30-60-90 day goal setting process with evaluation measures. It meets almost all of the needs I have for tracking my team. Moreover, application's ability to automatically fetch and spin up pages for 1:1 meetings scheduled in external application, tracking the delays, reminders are all fantastic. Pros A 360-degree solution for all employee engagement, starting from tracking 1-1s, talking points, giving and getting feedback, recognizing peers with badges along with rankings, in-meeting tasks with deadline and reminder, shared and especially private notes, goal tracking are the features that I like most. The simple, clean and intuitive UI does the job right what it needs to. Cons Reports can be enhanced bit to reflect the need and ability to customize to suit our views. Support tickets can be listed with progress of where it is. Currently this feature might be under development. We are able to communicate with each other effectively and easily see what tasks we need to achieve. Pros I love the tasks, goals and meetings section best. It helps keep me on track for the goals I need to accomplish. I love that I can share tasks with my teammates to keep us on the same page. Cons I do not have any complaints with Teamflect. Great tech support, they are always willing to tweak options and tools to fit our needs. It is scary not being able to pick up the phone and call when issues arise, but the tech support team is always quick to respond. Pros The fact that is ties to Office 365 and Teams is good, we like to have applications bundled in one place for ease of use for our staff. The help center on the company website made it very easy to understand the system. Most of our employees figured things out in 30 minutes or less. We're still working through all the features. Pros The value. We have just under 25 team members so we can use the free version. Most similar programs go to paid at just 5 people. For small companies the per user fee can get expensive. Using software for goal setting for a company and employees is about getting buy in from everyone. Being able to use the free version while we go through that helps since it will take time. As it becomes more ingrained we'll be more likely to be willing to pay for the product when we reach 25 employees. I appreciate that. Cons If you log into teams on your phone and click more to go to Teamflect the add-on does not work. It prompts you to log in but just loops back to the login screen. More robus reporting with recommendations for actions would be nice. Pros Great that you can set individual/personal goals or team goals and decide how to measure goal success (task-based, binary, monetary etc.). There is a lot you can customise regarding organisational and team goals. It is so useful to have the integrations with Teams and Planner so that all work tasks can be seen in one place. Cons It takes some effort to set up and get going, but I don't see any way around this. Invest the time initially and the value you will get out of using Teamflect will be greater. I usually put "done" per bullet as a workaround.When I type down details of my OKR in the Goals feature, then change to different windows, it would automatically close and does not save whatever I have typed.
