Pros We were looking for an easy to use platform that fully integrated with Teams to conduct annual reviews, track goals, and provide structure and resources for our 1:1 meetings. We were with another company prior that had the features we wanted, but the integration with Teams was not yet fully developed. Since moving to Teamflect we have been so happy with the features and the integration. It is easier to use AND has saved us money. Cons The only issue we have found is that our Microsoft Active Directory has more than just staff which made it a little more complicated to run an all staff annual review. Cons Support staff can be a bit slow to respond to support requests, and the software has some quirks. For example I want to have the same talking points for each subsequent 1-1, and there is a checkbox to enable that. But when you check the box, it never copies the talking points across. Logged a ticket with support, and had an initial response but not heard anything after a few weeks. This doesn't cause a big issue, but bugs like this should be fixed pretty quickly IMO. There are some other quirks, and it would be good to have a customer feedback page where you can log suggested improvements and bugs (like Microsoft customer voice) Review Source SS Sueneil S. I also love the recognition which we use often! Pros I love how easy it is to track progress with goals and also put notes for 1:1 meetings. Cons Sometimes it can be glitchy but recently I noticed it is more reliable. Also, wish it showed the notes in the email when you send the email but instead you have to login to teamflect. I also like the recognition feature as well. I also like that I can keep running meeting notes that are both shared and not shared that I can refer back to. Cons I don't like that when my annual review was conducted, my supervisor shared their screen, and I was able to see who provided what 360-feedback by mistake. With so many people being virtual, I feel like this is going to be a common occurrence. Maybe a "presentation mode" option should be added so that the presenters screen can be shared without revealing who provided the anonymous feedback. We had to make a last minute switch from our payroll software that wasn't working like we needed it to for reviews and were thinking Teamflect would be temporary to get us through that annual cycle. Management likes the program so much we are keeping it and rolling out other features that we had originally turned off. Pros It was very easy to setup and run. We had help when we asked for it and we were able to turn the review process around in a short amount of time.
