It is a safe and helpful space to engage in reflection and further benefit ones activities. Pros Teamflect allows employees to engage in self development as well as communicate their goals with managers. This tool allows for insightful review and is a great motivation tool. Wish my entire company implemented it. But they are concerned with budget and interface with our HR tool Work Force Ready. Pros I like that I can use this to get my team organized and stay consistent with notes and assignments. Cons It is hard to integrate into other tools that we use in Teams. I used to use OneNote to take notes during my meetings but there is no need to. We use the tool in a small group - not the whole organization but we are still seeing a lot of value Cons There is no way to customize the notification frequency - you can only turn notifications on or off.
