I had fewer clients missing appointments, and it made my diary much easier to keep track of. Pros I found the customer service excellent and the online booking system really useful and quite easy to use. Cons Only issue is some of my older less tech-savvy clients found booking through an app somewhat more challenging than doing so down the phone or email, but it made it much easier for me to keep track of in the long run.
