You are correct, we decided not to develop our own BI tool, instead, we are using Microsoft Power BI to create BI dashboards integrated into our suite of solutions. We already have many reports available and more are on the way. We have a dedicated Power BI practice in-house and can even build customized dashboards if you have specific needs. pas adaptés pour une grande entreprises. beaucoup de paramètres à gérer manuellement pour des centaines de routes. Beaucoup de place pour l'automatisation et une meilleure gestion de changement de masse.

The new handhelds are easier to use and I like that they can connect remotely and see what the issues are that a driver is having and resolve the problems remotely.

Pros

Entering customers, price list and keeping list organized is easy to do.

Cons

Creating reports is not easy or you have to have them create them for you at an additional cost. Each additional feature has a cost to it.

Très bonnes relations avec les gens de développement et de support chez CiS. Selon le feedback des livreurs, il y aurait de la place à amélioration mais je crois que dans l'ensemble, ils sont satisfait.

Navigation quelques fois peu intuitive Navigation pourrait être un peu plus rapide (en évitant des écrans)
