End of story – I thought. The original product I ordered and paid: Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices Goods Amount：24.54 USD Subscription Period：month Renewal Date：2026-01-30 Renewal Amount：19.95 USD + Tax Without noticing it, I was then charged on the same card, some days later, January 5th, for another product, that I didn’t order and never used: Tenorshare ReiBoot (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices Goods Amount：30.69 USD Subscription Period：month Renewal Date：2026-02-06 Renewal Amount：24.95 USD + Tax Today, 30 JAN, I was again charged with the renewal of the first product, that I used ONCE and did not sign any contract for a monthly subscription: Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices Goods Amount：24.54 USD Subscription Period：month Renewal Date：2026-03-02 Renewal Amount：19.95 USD + Tax I log in to Tenorshare and in the dashboard I can see the two products, one I never ordered and the other was NOT a monthly subscription. Both show the products are NOT used in any computer (show 0/1) or devices (0/5) as you can see: I already contacted Tenorshare support today and open 2 tickets requesting immediate cancelation for both products and refund for the initial Tenorshare ReiBoot (Windows Version) that I never requested, and the so called renewal of “Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices”. Looking forward to hearing from them and understanding when will they refund me for: Tenorshare ReiBoot (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices - Goods Amount：30.69 USD – Paid in Jan 5th, never used or subscribed Tenorshare iCareFone Transfer (Windows Version) - 1 Month/1-5 Devices - Goods Amount：24.54 USD – Paid today, for a monthly subscription I never agreed upon. Until those 2 refund are received, I’m considering this company a FRAUD and SCAM. And I’ve already had to cancel the credit card that I used for the initial purchase, as I don’t know how many payments will they initiate, even if I already contacted their support today to cancel immediately these 2 “subscriptions”. Y eso es peligroso porque el teléfono puede provocar fallos, incluso si el equipo es nuevo, pierde la garantía. Cons No me llamó mucho la atención su interfaz, ni su velocidad de escaneo, y sin acceso root no hace el escaneo al 100%.Pienso que sería bueno que el programa implementara o integrara el acceso a root dentro de su mismo software.
