The query time set to 5 min is one of the best ways to integrate avoiding too much load on the server, so far due to the ease of use we have not required customer support yet. **Pros:** For us it has helped us to resolve the time that some pages of our website and services can be offline. **Cons:** So far, we haven't found anything worth commenting on in the technological aspect.
