I've figured it out by several calls to support services; it's ok to review activity/access

Pros

Ease of access, ability to review activities on the employee/access card I wanted

Cons

No instructions provided on how to use it; I'd like the ability to run reports on activity which I don't have the access to do so, by the provider.
