It’s only ok. The app itself doesn’t work well so we encourage members just to use their key code instead

Pros

When it works, it’s great! Members love the idea of using the app for ease

Cons

Members struggle with the app daily. Even when we troubleshoot, make sure they’re on our wifi, and allow access always

This is a franchise and we have to use Brivo

Remote access makes it easy to control the door

Software is clunky to navigate. App control is limited.
