I also like the updated anesthetic monitoring sheet. The inpatient/outpatient/boarding patient flow is easy to navigate Cons The new scheduling interface I was not a fan of but your team has so far allowed different users to keep the older option which I appreciate. I could cover most everything in 45 minutes with a new doctor and they all felt that it was very intuitive. Missed charges are very infrequent due to the full EMR version . The team is also very responsive to requests for help as well. Pros We opened a new ER with all new equipment and a new software to all of us. This PIMS has been the easiest to use, and the easiest ti train relief doctors on. Cons Not a real con, but I would love the options for label printers to be expanded . Great support. someone is always available to answer questions. They are always improving and taking input on how to improve. Pros ease of use. Very user friendly staff need very little training to be able to use the software. Great support. Amazing team, you'll have an instinct team member available to your hospital specifically as well as 24 hour support through chat Cons I've not come across a downfall yet. The customer support is so friendly and that time I emailed the company just to say that I liked the little hedgehog on the sleep screen got such a friendly email back. Pros It's the most user friendly, intuitive, and helpful program I've ever used. The integrated Plumb's function makes medication orders so easy. The EMR and charge capture integration with the terminals is great. The anesthesia monitoring form is so much smoother than the paper and I've never come across another program that uses anything else.
