Pros I love the easy view of treatment sheets, user friendly, they are always willing to accept feedback. Cons None at this time. I only have compliments. I started using it as a Technician and it just made tracking treatments so much easier. Cons I don't really have anything that I don't like about it. I have to be logged into my work computer and cannot make quick changes to treatment plans or monitor my patients while I am on the move. The SOAP notes side bar being open/up while I'm still able to search throughout the chart/other tabs still. The sidebar with patient, client info etc is really useful. Cons I would love if their was an option to generate a 'call back' of sorts for fecal samples or blood sent out where within instinct we can click on a tab and view all the patients and from there if there was a link to check results and send it all within instinct without having to leave the app. Having a color for upcoming vaccines along with the color change for past due vaccines so there isn't anything missed because they tend to blending when they're all black. January 18, 2023 5.0 Pros We love not having paper flow sheets. It has also made communication between departments easier. We all can look at instinct and see what has been changed, treatments due and how the patient is doing overall. From our CSR to our doctors we are all able to use instinct for various reasons. Cons Not having Instinct in the hospital with us during on boarding due to covid was not easy. We including instinct did make it work. Going from writing up orders and flow sheets and now having to understand how to translate that into a computer system was not easy. Once we got there we would not go back. Review Source AP Alena P. Its not cluttered and busy with colors and I appreciate the tidy layout and ease of use. Cons Sometimes Instinct can be fussy and displays incorrect or not updated info (such as when processing a payment it may look like the payment was not taken as it reverts to the payment screen). Both hospitals offer different features that both support the functions that happen within the hospitals. I really enjoy this software. Pros I like how easy it is to navigate. See what special notes each patient has and needs. Easy to see when treatments are due and how to track them. Cons The only thing I can think of wold be not logging us out so quickly. From the beginning Instice staff has been very helpful with setting up and implemmenting this into our practice. The company QUICKLY responds to suggestions and customer service needs. It is very easy to use and offers many tools to make sure you are spending more time with you clients and patients, rather than on the computer or doing paperwork. I would recommend this over and over again. And the Plumb's guide is an incredible bonus. Cons I cannot think of any complaints.
