Once they couldn't charge our card for just seven days, and they deleted all of our videos. No calls, no emails on deleting, just seven days, and they erased everything with no return. Pros After our data was deleted nothing could be likeable about them. Cons No reporting on deleting of the data. If they could not charge the card - they delete everything. We regret to inform you that we noted you had deliberately removed your credit card information from our system, despite being aware of this policy. We would like to highlight that our payment system diligently makes four attempts to charge the account within the seven-day period, and sends out email notifications with each unsuccessful attempt. Despite our best efforts to reach out to you and facilitate payment within the specified timeframe, we did not receive any response or payment from your end. Furthermore, we discovered that you had deliberately removed your credit card information from your account after logging into the dashboard. As a result, our system automatically deleted your videos. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Moving forward, we would like to extend our assistance in any future video hosting needs you may have. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we would be happy to offer you a discount for our services. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further support.
