Using Salesforce for Travel & Hospitality was the best decision that we made since it enhanced our decision making in order to meet our customer needs.

Pros

The CRM helps us to have a unified customer data in every stage of their journey while the data analytics ensures that we make informed decisions to meet our customer needs.

Cons

I really had no dislikes since Salesforce helped our business to increase in its customer base as well as returns.
