Pros The variety of images and reference photos available for artists to work with and how there's something for everyone here. Cons The slow domination of ai images that are now everywhere and in every search you put in, before you could only see work of real artists and photographers and people, now it's images generated by a lifeless bot. I have about 10 boards and 2 accounts. I have been able to work with other members in relevant themes to mine, which I have enjoyed. I also enjoy sharing my posts on my website to visitors with the use of the Pinterest widget. Pros I like sharing my boards with other members for fun and business. It's also a great way to share my clients work as well. Cons The need to post daily to keep up with growth and for the exposure needed to achieve successful results for myself and clients. I will choose a website I don’t even know over Pinterest any day. I typically use Teacher Pay Teacher website or other sites that offer enough for me. Pros Nothing. Well actually I like the idea behind Pinterest I just wish it was more user friendly and easier navigate. Every time something comes up with Pinterest I cringe and run the other way. It seems like everything I want to download or save, there’s a catch on how to get it and it’s just too much for me. Cons It’s not easy to use. It’s a pain. Every time I see Pinterest, I run. I would like to see changes though, then I would use it. It’s just too hard to download and use what I find. And maybe I just don’t understand the way it works but I always get to a dead end that leads me to frustration. But I think the content is great. Pros Pinterest is a great app that can be used to sell or buy brand new or lightly used clothing! You can upload images and descriptions as a seller as well as make offers on things you’re interested in buying to other sellers. Cons As a buyer, shipping can be a little expensive so sometimes as a seller, I may not make the most sales. But I can offer shipping discounts to those interested in buying my things! Pros My favorite things about Pinterest are the hundreds of thousands of various different types of content that you can actually access from the app. You can search for diy or step-by-step project ideas for literally any concept & find exactly what you're looking for every time! The user interface is easy to manoeuver & pretty self explanatory. It's also nice to be able to download some of your favorite content of desired. It's also good for learning new topics because a lot of people post summaries in a visual post which is helpful for learning. Pros I love Pinterest because it's visual and easy to browse by images. I like being able to create my own boards and save my findings to my boards. Cons I wish there was better integration with Etsy stores. Customer support was always helpful and polite. We love the fact that if we want to edit an image, we are able to at any time and if a customer saves it, they can edit the image as well. This has helped us expand our online social media and it is worth everything. You will not be disappointed Pros You are able to find everything you are looking for. You may then share all your pins with friends. This is one of my go to's for everything I need. It is great for a small business as word spreads fast. The platform is very easy to use and will learn to navigate the site very quickly. Cons When pins you have saved are no longer available.
