They are very reactive when I have a question. Several times, they took the time to explain me several features (including importing to Soundcloud). I warmly recommend them. Pros what I like the most? The ease of use without being infantilized like on Spotify's service Cons What I like least? If you want an extraordinary podcast hosting solution, Ausha is the one. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else Pros Terrific user interface, lots of tool sets, easy to use, outstanding design & a website the show to boot with terrific design elements Cons Does not allow import of videos, although it will turn audio podcasts into "video" format for uploading to sites like YouTube. Does not automatically update from an imported RSS feed. But, because they didn't automatically update, it forced us to do our own updating which gave us the opportunity to change the episode instead of tracking what the original RSS feed said about a particular episode. Allowed us to import an already large podcast and its related stream, but then to customize new episodes to make them our own and thereby helping us promote our own brand, instead of the brand of the original podcast. Pros What I like most about Ausha is the fact that it is user friendly, ease to import a already established podcast or create a new one, you can distribute your podcast to all platforms and the Communication aspect of it. You are able to promote and communicate with you audience. Ausha also has a very detailed Analytics section. You will get a better understanding of your statistics . Cons There arent many cons, they only feature that is missing is a Live stream option and an app for Ausha. I like extra features like the one that enables you to create a teaser video for your episode. You can feel Ausha knows what podcasters need. Cons I feel like the analytics part is very limited with the basic plan. I regret missing these numbers but at the same time I cannot afford the next plan for now. I also liked the user experience because the platform is really easy to use. You don't need to be a geek to get started! Cons I think we could provide more support for podcast referencing by creating challenges and rankings for podcasts in relation to other similar categories.
