January 23, 2024 4.0 Overall I enjoyed creating content in Ausha and sharing/hosting it through the platform. The only thing I see that can be improved the the uploading but other than that I can say Ausha is going to be the monopoly player real soon. Pros Very easy to use. The ability to share and distribute your podcast into multiple channels and platforms. Low-ceiling requirements to be able to monetize through Ausha. Creative producer Entertainment Used the software for: 2+ years ### "I wouldn't change, but I think it should" March 8, 2022 4.0 When I started out with Ausha, there was another pricing system that I really liked, and I planned to upgrade for the second year, but that plan didn't exist anymore, plus they took my money without warning me or allowing me to switch plans, and they never apologized let alone accepted to at least edit the invoice since by mentioning my new company. But if I'm not communicating with them, I'm handling my podcast pretty well by myself because it is extremely easy to use. I've never encountered any technical glitch ever. They keep improving their product, at Christmas we all received free sounds as a surprise, but I wish I had known it was time sensitive, I was never able to retrieve my gift! TnT I also liked the seminar they launched last year online, marketing tools for podcast producers. Great job. Pros Stress-free management, they take care of everything you. Also they're in France and I'm French. It suddenly felt more like "my podcast is in the hands of humans, not a corporation". Cons They never warn you before they take your money to renew your subscription. Their customer service is not super friendly and barely ever really helps. Reason for choosing Ausha To me Spotify is like the Amazon of music. I will boycott big corps as much as I can. Also the advertisements before and after (and maybe during? Horrors!) my episode? And even if other solution are cheaper, Ausha is proving much more than podcast host. It's a facilitator for all independent producers and overall, it helps you not feeling alone as a podcaster. Pros When you have a podcast, communication is key. Ausha is providing powerfull and easy to use tools such as smart link, smart player or even a well good referenced website for your content. Futhermore, the team is young, dynamic, and always listenning feedback and available. Be a member of Ausha is not only working with a good host, it's also feeling beeing part of a team, mainly thanks to their "club" who offers a lot of powerfull information and great social interractions. Cons Ausha is improving on a daily basis. The company is offering to all podcasters a lot and good feedback. However, I think the statistic dashboard and audience drivers should improve. But we all know that the streaming platforms are not necesserally providing all details we would like. The AUSHA team is super dynamic, full of creativity and professionalism. They are always listening to customers to improve our experience with them every day. They are very responsive, available and warm. It's a company, yes, but one that feels like family. As I write this review, I'm meeting them tonight in Paris for an aperitif where we can meet the whole team but also many podcasters. These are precious moments for us who are, very often, alone behind our microphone. There is also the Ausha club which allows us to support each other between podcasters and to make partnerships, real or virtual meetings, to answer interview requests or to submit a request to interview a person, tutorials and many other things. I can only recommend them and I know, in advance, that they will continue to grow and propose always beautiful and great ideas while remaining very professional and qualitative. I never was disappointed with anything and I've never thought about moving my podcast to another host because I find there everything I could ask for. Pros I really like the fact that your podcast will be automatically exported on a wide range of platforms, this is a deeply appreciated time saver. The features are great (analytics, chapter making) and the team answers very quickly to any question you could have. My experience so far has been the best. Cons The only con I would have are more like some bugs that can happen from time to time, but the team is eager on resolving them quickly. It's a really good tool for beginners, and you can feel that they are specialized on podcast, and that they love it. So, you don't feel alone, wich is, for most people, often the case when you start this activity. Pros Ausha provides a tool that is to be found nowhere else " a community". The interface is not that intuitive, but the help, from the tech team and the community, is remarkable. Also, the smart player is a real bonus when it comes to retain listeners. Cons Communication on social media is not different from what I could do on my own. Also, the gaps between the different fees is too small, in terms of perks, and to big, in terms of cost. Pros I am not the one who uploads the episodes and checks the analytics anymore (a freelance does it for me) but as far as I remember things are smooth and quite easy.
