Pros I love how Sinosend combines professional branding and practicality in one platform. The custom domain and branded email make my business look polished, and the large file transfer feature is exactly what my video production studio needs. The interface is simple, clean, and reliable — it just works. Cons In the past, some clients had issues downloading large files, which pushed me to use Google Drive as a backup for a while. However, I’m back using Sinosend now and testing again — things are improving, and I’m hopeful these reliability issues will be fully resolved soon. The learning curve was minimal, day‑to‑day usage is straightforward, and I’ve spent less time retrying failed transfers. While I’d welcome improvements around analytics, integrations, and admin features, the core job—getting large files from A to B reliably—has been consistently solid. It’s become my default for project hand‑offs, media assets, and other bulky deliverables. Pros Reliable with heavy files: Over 6 months, transfers have been consistently stable, even for very large projects. Interruptions were rare, and when they happened my uploads typically continued without restarting from zero Cons I can not store my files for longer period of time, i mean it does not work as a cloud storage , each file has it expiry limitation and highest up to 1 year. It gives you the opportunity to work for these censored companies, freely. Pros The ease with how I can send an email that's file would normally be too big for just a normal email. AND the fact that I can send that email to Chinese citizens - where they have a lot of censorship and where I can not send them a google drive link, because it simply won't open. It has an easy to use dashboard. And it's easy to keep track if sinosend did send your message as they will email you when it has been successfully send. Cons Difficult to find the cancel button, BUT the customer care emailed me within 24 hours and gave me such a great service - I didn't have to do anything - he handled my account and I can still use the free option!
