I purchased it specifically to simplify the process of requesting large video files from clients, and it has done exactly that. As a web designer, I regularly receive high-resolution media for websites, and SinoSend has eliminated the hassle of email attachment limits and complicated upload instructions. It's easy to use, looks professional from the client's perspective, and has already saved me time. Based on my experience so far, I'd happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable way to collect large files from clients. Pros SinoSend has made it incredibly easy to collect large video files from clients. The upload request process is straightforward, the interface is clean and intuitive, and my clients have found it simple to use, even those who aren't particularly tech-savvy. No more hassle with Dropbox trying to upgrade me to add users every time I tried to share a file with someone. I especially like the fact that I can ask clients to send me files into my own account. I can also save contacts for using again later. Cons There's not much to dislike about the service. Its secure, its easy and almost even fun. If a product takes away stress from your work and you can also use it for fun, definitely grab it. Pros IT does what it says it does, and its so smooth. It just works and they are always upgrading it. Also founder responds quickly and you can tell the team cares about the product. Cons I genuinely have no complaints yet though I have only been using it for a couple days. I am wondering if there will be problems if I store some music or some sort of copywrite issues in the future but I don't think that will be a problem as it is secure. It gives you the opportunity to work for these censored companies, freely. Pros The ease with how I can send an email that's file would normally be too big for just a normal email. AND the fact that I can send that email to Chinese citizens - where they have a lot of censorship and where I can not send them a google drive link, because it simply won't open. It has an easy to use dashboard. And it's easy to keep track if sinosend did send your message as they will email you when it has been successfully send. Cons Difficult to find the cancel button, BUT the customer care emailed me within 24 hours and gave me such a great service - I didn't have to do anything - he handled my account and I can still use the free option! I used to send via whatsapp but there is a file limit. The site is clear and easy to understand. Cons I have not experienced any cons so far so I don't want to lie.
