The PDF file exceeds the maximum size of 100 MB allowed by many platforms. SinoSend has eliminated that issue for me. Additionally it allows me to see who not only viewed the file but who downloaded the file as well. This is massive for me to know which of my students have downloaded the material I've sent them. My overall experience with SinoSend has been great. I have not regretted purchasing it at all. It's one of my primary tools. Pros The ability to not only share/send large files but also the ability to request to RECEIVE information files via email or a link. That is perfect for what I occasionally need in my business. Cons There are no downsides to using SinoSend. The only plus I would like to see, and I have contacted a founder about this, is to be able add a file to a "media library", which can then be sent to a person, a cohort of people, and the like rather than uploading the file each and every time. It's easy to use, looks professional from the client's perspective, and has already saved me time. No more hassle with Dropbox trying to upgrade me to add users every time I tried to share a file with someone. Overall, it's great. It solves a big problem for us in terms of having a tool that my team can utilize on a consistent basis, and I don't have to get involved or manage anything at all. Pros Simple, easy user interface. There is zero learning curve. I don't have much time to spend figuring out new tools, and this one has got no learning. Cons Can take a second to load. Liked for it to load a little bit faster, but it only takes one or two seconds longer than expected. They seem to be adding and improving to the service on a regular basis, so it seems to be well maintained. It has a good activity record and notifications are helpful. No advertising or annoying up-sell messages. I am thinking of upgrading though ㋡ Pros A clean and simple UI that looks polished and professional. I especially like the fact that I can ask clients to send me files into my own account. I can also save contacts for using again later. Cons There's not much to dislike about the service. My only quibble is that I can't save transfers for longer than 7 days, but that's pretty much the same with all services like this. Its secure, its easy and almost even fun. If a product takes away stress from your work and you can also use it for fun, definitely grab it. Pros IT does what it says it does, and its so smooth. It just works and they are always upgrading it. Also founder responds quickly and you can tell the team cares about the product. Cons I genuinely have no complaints yet though I have only been using it for a couple days. I am wondering if there will be problems if I store some music or some sort of copywrite issues in the future but I don't think that will be a problem as it is secure. Pros I love how Sinosend combines professional branding and practicality in one platform. The custom domain and branded email make my business look polished, and the large file transfer feature is exactly what my video production studio needs. The interface is simple, clean, and reliable — it just works. Cons In the past, some clients had issues downloading large files, which pushed me to use Google Drive as a backup for a while. However, I’m back using Sinosend now and testing again — things are improving, and I’m hopeful these reliability issues will be fully resolved soon. The learning curve was minimal, day‑to‑day usage is straightforward, and I’ve spent less time retrying failed transfers. While I’d welcome improvements around analytics, integrations, and admin features, the core job—getting large files from A to B reliably—has been consistently solid. It’s become my default for project hand‑offs, media assets, and other bulky deliverables. Pros Reliable with heavy files: Over 6 months, transfers have been consistently stable, even for very large projects. Interruptions were rare, and when they happened my uploads typically continued without restarting from zero Cons I can not store my files for longer period of time, i mean it does not work as a cloud storage , each file has it expiry limitation and highest up to 1 year.
